It's sad that another anime has incorporated a female Super Saiyan while DBZ hasn't (Videl in Super doesn't count, though Arale in Dr. Slump does).

If it helps, Akarin is kind of the Krillin of her series, not the Gokû or Vegeta. I have no idea what episode/season/context the gif is from, but I'm guessing it's another character's dream-sequence.

Which anime is this from?

I checked, it's from one of the first two Yuruyuri seasons, before they moved to a different animation studio (when they moved, the color schemes changed. The character who's imagining this scene used to be blond and she's got beige hair in season 3.)

I don't know the episode or which of the first two seasons it's a part of though.

The F suit is a nice break from Goku's standard gi and a good transition into what he eventually wears when he meets Oob.
