I'm not sure how I'd feel about a movie being split into two parts. If they were gonna do it though then they'd need to be two 90 minute movies. Nobody wants a 45 minute Dragon Ball Z movie anymore.

I don't think it'd have the same problem that Hollywood movies have though. As its not based on anything there's no need for a Part 1 movie to be slow and boring.

This is why I think Avengers Infinity War Part 1 won't have the same problems as other part 1 movies.

Digimon Tri is having 6 films. Before Super, I thought we were gonna continue the series through films too, so it's not entirely impossible that have multi-part films in the future.

Those are just four TV episodes cut together, not really a tighter, shorter film story.

But that's just for the first film, right? I simply assumed it was a side-effect of Toei changing their decision of having a TV series and turning it into a film series.

I hope Whis/Vados are the final villains, it would make sense since they are actually the strongest beings in the universes, we need to know more about them, they are probably just using Beerus and Champa as tools to achieve their goals

So i just had this thought in mind. Is there a possibility that Whis's species created the original dragon balls? Hence the dragon having almost unlimited wishing potential.

That might be a possibility.

I don't think they are villains but a "neutral" species that created the Universes or, at least, are part of their natural systems. If the anime is "canon", we know Whis/they have direct access to a place filled with God ki and maybe they are the reason places like the RoSaT exist. If Whis has an ulterior motive, perhaps they could tie it with an hypothetic 13th Universe that could be their original home or, maybe, every Universe "glued" together.

I don't want the final villain to show up for a while. I still don't get why people think that the Universe 6 saga will be the last saga in Super. There is still more to come in Super if you ask me.

It'll all depend on how well Super's new stuff pushes video games, Heroes, and merch as well as how well the show, merch and games do outside of Japan (doubt they will repeat what they did with Kai, canceling the show only to realize it was a bad idea because of foreign popularity.)

Why will vados / whis need champa/beerus to achieve a goal when they can kill them with 1-hit?
