I think with this one I need to let the designs sit with me before judging. Not Gohan and Custom Xenoverse Freeza character do make me raise a brow though. Overall I don't know what to expect. Also YES NO STUPID FEM GOKU/VEGETA OR FREEZA RETURNS! That alone makes me very happy. They didn't stoop that low. I am disappointed the written test seems to be a pointless thing to mention. At least a gag of Goku or Boo barely passing would have been kinda funny.

But the best thing of all is no Gohan. Finally he can take a break from his measuring stick role. Maybe on Earth he might have some important thing to do, or it's nothing and I called that whole F moment was gonna mean nothing.

Like some folks here, I also think Gohan might have some sort of role, its pretty weird leaving him behind while Videl goes to watch. He's likely needed
for something in the future.

After looking at the image again I am seriously loving the U6 team, is it just me or does the saiyan look a lil girlish? maybe because of the eyes. Especially liking the purple dude, looks evil enough

Believe it or not guys, lots of people are raging on facebook, that they didn't get bardock or broly. Many pages misinformed a lot of people saying bardock and broly were comfirmed for the universe 6 team. It's sickening, it's as if people would freaking complain about every single detail on current dragon ball these days.

When i think of that part of the fanbase, you know, the Broly youtubers, i guess i'd love it if all the U6 fighters looked like the pooh guy.

It must be tough to be a self proclaimed DB fan while lacking any notion whatsoever of how Toriyama's mind and personal tastes work.

All of the designs are terrific to me (maybe the U6 Freeza race guy is a bit bland), except the last U7 participant. Humor and design are very Toriayma-esque, but I just expected something more, from someone who is the strongest U7 unknown character to this point. Maybe there'll be a transformation (I don't mind small frames, since deceiving appearances in terms of what strength they hide is classic AT), but for now, yuck.

Again, when it comes to us reporting on things, we always refer back to the original Japanese text. We're not going to rely on someone else's translation, nevermind translation into another language.

That yellow winnie the pooh like Bear definitely stands out to me. I think that's my favorite design so far.. Along with the anime shot of Zuno(on the poster) his red color looks pretty cool. Though his manga counterpart design doesn't really look all that good imo. No muscles and large nippels on his boobs.

So, we have a Saiyajin, a Freeza race, a robot, a fat animal and a humanoid... Saiyajin, Freeza, Cell and Boo arcs? Maybe Piccolo Daimaou arc as well.

I was expecting there to be multiple saiyans based off what Champa said in the last chapter. This one has no tail. I hope we see more of them in the future. Also, I want to see the Freeza-race fighter take his boots off...

Having Broly or Bardock in this seems too much like a fanfic to me, and rather unoriginal at that. What would their point even be? Goku:"Hey that guy looks like me?", Bardock:"!", Goku:"Ok..." That said I'm not surprised most people out there would rage at this. Wouldn't Bardock be very old by now though? I mean I know age doesn't really matter anymore but even still.

I find it much more intriguing to have a unique roster on the other team, so many new characters I like it. The only guy I'm not sure about is the Frieza race individual, reminds me of Xenoverse too much, I like his look but it just feels like I've seen him so many times. But maybe he can transform?

As for the last guy in Universe 7, well I won't judge him too much. After all Beerus didn't look all that great either at first, and I personally like when they make odd looking characters strong. It reminds me of the old days when characters like Korin, Yajirobe and Mr.Popo were introduced. I don't think at the time most people expected a cat (who's way stronger than Goku) to be on top of the tower; they also didn't expect a chubby guy in the middle of the jungle to match Goku; and I'm pretty sure they didn't expect a chubby genie looking dude to outclass Goku. So that's how I see the new guy, even if those nipples are kind of disturbing to me.

I liked the U6 Kaioshin designs (Maybe these guys are actually strong for a change). I want to see what their interaction with Kaioshin is all about.

I think my real issue with the mystery fighter is his boring outfit. It doesn't have to be too extravagant, but there's really not much to look at....besides nipples. If he's gonna look plain, he needs a little more of an interesting outfit at the very least. If Boo wore the same outfit, he'd probably look more plain too.

U6 Kaioshins look mighty cool, just different enough yet similar, they're perfect i love them! I like the robot fighter too. Rest of the designs suck so bad tho... What happened here Toriyama?
- U6 Freeza-race guy looks barely different
- Saiyan guy (girl? child?) recycles the same hairstyle we've seen hundred of times on U7 Saiyans already
- Cell-Pikkon hybrid looks like fanart or custom character
- Panda-like big fat character that looks like he was designed in 5 seconds
- 5th fighter for Univere 7, mysterious guy looks even blander than the bif fat U6 guy
