So only three characters from U6 are lazy knock offs of guys who already exist (Champa, Vados and U6 Freeza), the rest look alright but Nipples is meh. I know Toriyama wants the strongest guys to look simple and weak, but Nipples is just fugly to me.

to be honest , champa and vados are excused becouse they are twins.

and i dont think frieza's race got ppl that have completly diffrent designes, assuming this new guy is from frieza's race in U6.

this guy's designe is atleast as much diffent compared to freeza's first form than cooler 4th form with freeza's final form.

look at freeza without the armor.
alien races allways are potrayed like that they look all similar to each other unlike the human race.

Hardly. Metallic form for Cooler was hugely distinctive because it covered his entire body.

and the metallic cooler was the same just....metallic.

Because they have 5 days to train. It's better to turn those 5 days into a few months or years if they can, right? :p

But isn't RoSaT primitive compared with Whis training? Couldn't they still train with him? Feels like a completely preventable plot hole to me.

Whis may have been busy with something, maybe training Piccolo, or maybe years in the RoSaT are better than 5 days with Whis. It's not really a big issue imo, we don't even know if that scene's gonna be in the anime or not now that they introduced "that place" (which I'm almost certain of that Toyotaro did not know existed, and was something Toei created).

they were sparring , so them choosing to make the training longer makes sense.

and not everything is a plot hole becouse you dont think it makes sense.

Are Jaco and Bulma with the others going to the tournament, or are they roaming U7 while this is going on? If so, we may have the potential of 3 separate plot lines, something we haven't seen since the Freeza arc. This assuming, of course, that Gohan will do anything.

The twins thing is little more than a convenient reason to half-ass those designs after the fact. As for Freeza's race, Xenoverse had a bunch of cool permutations for their appearances. Making this guy basically first form Freeza again is lazy and just further proves that F has no reason to exist.

And Champa is Beerus, just fat. It may be easy or "cheap" way to make different design but yes, it is effective when it changes the color/shape of the character's entire appearance.

They are both attending, even the King of Universe (Jaco's boss) is there. Everyone, I mean everyone is there. Except Gohan.

The Boo arc already ignored the RoSaT's rules by having 4 people inside at the same time, so this isn't something new Anyway, like I said, Vegeta can bust his way open like SS3 Gotenks and Super Boo did.

Don't forget Whis' space wasn't introduced in the manga. For all we know, the anime could use it instead, once it gets there.

Goku had a year left and 4 people entered the ROSAT before so its probably only keeping the door open for Goku's sake since he's still obeying the rules even if Vegeta isn't.

No. It is, this is a plot hole just as Piccolo in RoSaT again in the Boo Arc. We had enough about RoSaT, I though that with Whis training, even the place he send them in recent episodes would be better utilized in the series.

Oh, another possible reason for the use of RoSaT is Whis being busy, maybe taking Beerus after the 5th guy.

We really can't forget the manga is different, it leaves some things out, skips others and its narrative is just enough to make sense. Let's wait for the anime and see.

This new fighter probably has a whole history to him so a member of Freeza's race who's God tier would work a lot better than screwing over Freeza's entire paranoia over, replacing it with him lazy to make those two push-ups that would make him SPC tier and making the Super Saiyan Legend a total none issue. Then there's the four month thing but regardless, F didn't need to exist and this new guy cements that further.
