Gonna be pretty pissed if Champa's debut in Super (not counting with that small cameo at the end of episode 17) is his visit to Beerus planet for the food contest instead of that cool subplot in the Kaioshin realm shown in the manga during the BoG arc. It was already disappointing enough when they didn't show him destroy that Freeza army spaceship that ultimately caused Freeza's revival.

The Kaioshins are defused so SOMETHING definitely happened. They can't stay fused in the anime... can they?

That's not what it says at all. As has already been discussed above, it's a story about a kid in a hospital shooting a Kamehameha at the person writing the tweet as well as a countdown to the 18th for new Super information (which is probably just the V-Jump announcement of the Champa Arc starting on the 24th for the anime).

I'm going to guess that the January 31st episode is going to be the start of a short training arc. As for Kabito and Kaioshin defusing I still think that is going to be a "B Story" that is going to happen during the fight with Freeza.

Or maybe it'll happen off screen and we'll get a flashback to it when Goku asks them how they went back to normal.

I think less is more. I don't mind if they don't tease Champ too much. I mean, he's going to be all over the place in the Universe 6 arc anyway.

I expect at least one more tease with Champ and Vados meeting the Kais leading to Kaioshin and Kibito spiting up.

The more they insert Brolly into everything for no reason and give him all powerups for no reason the more I hate this character. It's like Bobba Fett but worse, so utterly overrated

I'm thinking we get another mini-arc (2 or 3 episodes), half the episodes about training and characters interactions. The rest showing the Kibitoshin separating, Champa and Vados going around. Setting up the next arc, so that when they show up, people aren't surprised.

I imagine we'll see what everyone is doing during the five days of training, even if it is not those training.

I think the Namekian DBs will be used like this: Kibitoshin sees Champa going around, thinks he's after them, goes to New Namek and takes the DBs to hide them in his planet. Goku goes to New Namek to try to revive Piccolo, discovers the DBs are with Kibitoshin, goes to his planet, summons Porunga, revives Piccolo and then leaves, and since Porunga is already summoned there, Kibitoshin separates himself. Idk about the last wish.
