Super will start off 2016 with Universe 6, and conclude with the hunt for the Super Dragon Balls.
Dragon Ball Multiverse will reach it's climax.
DBZ Abridged will end the year with SSJ2 Gohan (or the Cell Games begin if they continue to waste time on that shitty FF7 Abridged). Lo and behold, 2 hours ago, they uploaded Ep 51, ending with Perfect Cell.

I think that's to be expected at this point, considering how Toriyama isn't a fan of unpredictability anymore and that Bulma even comments on the newest chapter that the incantation sounds ridiculous.

To be fair, I was pleasantly surprised by most of the universe 6 fighters' designs. I expected two female saiyans and the rest to be silly looking aliens or animals like that Pooh bear.

Beerus has a simple look, but still look powerful in my opinion. I could not ask for a better design from Toriyama for Beerus.

Fans expect Monaka to have a badass transformation,however,hoMonaka will have a transformation even more ridiculous looking that his original self and Kanzenshuu and other DB community will have a shitstorm of complaining.

Beerus has a simple look, but still look powerful in my opinion. I could not ask for a better design from Toriyama for Beerus.

I remeber back in the day when Beerus' design was first revealed and pretty much 90% of the fanbase outside of Kanzenshuu hate him and call him Bugs Bunny,Anubis,Mewtwo etc.. and the internet is flooded by whiners and said that the movie will suck and now he was one of the fan favorites.I can see this also happening to Monaka and the other new characters.

I wouldn't but I'm not a character designer either. Everyone was expecting Monaka to be some weak-looking warrior with a simple design. The trope has been overused so far to the point where the big bulky muscle man would have been the unpredictable choice.

But, to be fair, I like most of the new designs Toriyama has done, probably only 25% of them are meh or bad to me. I just don't think he's being unpredictable with the way he makes his characters anymore.

If AT wants his character designs to be unpredictable again he may have to look into video game character designs. I mean just look at saints row, & other games that allow a wide range of possibilities.

He can just borrow some of his Dragon Quest designs, honestly. They have a lot more effort put into them than Monaka did.

Hopefully we get an aged up Goten and trunks, doubt it though.
Toei will hopefully put more effort into Universe 6 because it's new content, but I doubt it.

1. New movie announcement alongside Xenoverse 2 ( Expanded Creation Mode and more transformations for Hero Story Mode Character, Including SSJ 3, SSj 4)
2. U6 Chapter starts.
3. Goku or Vegeta go Beyond Bluper.
4. One of the U6 new characters turns into a bad guy and becomes a real threat.
5. Super starts to bring/use elements from GT.
6. Super's Animation and Super in General keeps getting hated by non fans for no reason whatsoever.
7. Gohan, Vegeta and Chichi are continuously being buried by non fans. ( "Super makes Gohan a clown, Super makes Vegeta look like a fool and Chichi is a bad Mother/Wife)

I don't care for kai's buu saga as funi has downgraded with kai, and the Z buu saga dub was the cast at their best for Z when they didn't do anything purest seamed to hate like dub lining a lot or the early untrained voices.

Well he did reuse Tights design of Dragon Quest V's Bianca. Like even the pose is 100% the same.



He could reuse some of his other Dragon Quest monster designs from Super if he wanted too.
