Japanese Dragon Ball GT BGM release?
I was wondering if there was ever an official soundtrack release to the Dragon Ball GT series, just like the Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z BGM soundtracks; the original Japanese versions. I'm looking for the actual BGM from the episodes, and NOT the songs (although, it wouldn't matter to me if the songs were included). I couldn't find what I was looking for in the Music Database section on the home page.
Thanks.
Thanks.

According to the music guide, the 10th Anniversary movie soundtrack is the only option for background music from GT.

VegettoEX wrote:While this is the soundtrack for the 10th Anniversary Movie, a lot of the BGM on this CD was used throughout DragonBall GT (making it the only available option for fans of DBGT BGM).

I guess I should've did a search before making this thread. My bad.
I've been hunting for an official DBGT OST release since 2002, after I bought my first collection CD at some anime convention. The best thing about DBGT is it's BGM, me thinks. Anyone know who composed the background music for the GT series? I'm guessing it's probably the same artist/group who did the opening intro and various ending songs.

Nope, it was still done by Shunsuke Kikuchi. Here's entire listing of the production credits includindg the songs for the openings and closings:

That's flat-out wrong. Shunsuke Kikuchi didn't do any of the music in DBGT. It was Akito Tokunaga.

I have a question about his name. I thougt it was Akihito and not Akito. At least Wikipedia and this profile say so.VegettoEX wrote:That's flat-out wrong. Shunsuke Kikuchi didn't do any of the music in DBGT. It was Akito Tokunaga.
Could someone please say which one is correct?

Blah, I always get it wrong.
Am I correct in saying that "Akihito" is the guy from B'z, and "Akito" is the GT composer?
