How about a timeline where a mutant strain of Saibamen completely overtook the universe, planet by planet, and developed enough sentient intelligence to accept Beerus' offer?

Sounds very interesting, though we'd need to come up with 4 Saibaman OCs

The infamous Red Saibaman (the alternate costume for the Saibamen in a lot of games) could be the Legendary Super Saibaman that Captain Ginyu feared in Budokai 3 and the source of the mutant batch,
The cunning Orange Saibaman that specializes in ambush tactics (I picture it looking very devious than a normal Saibaman, if that is even possible), the Yellow Saibaman that specializes in long range attacks (make its head and limbs elongated), and the Saiba Brute as seen in DBZ Sagas:

I don't really want to tackle writing as of now but would a cell junior surviving in one of timelines be a decent idea and growing up? Different forms and all that, and if anyone of you want to use this idea feel free to though I am sure it's been told before.

Kakuren is an amalgamation for the Japanese words for "hidden danger"
Nawamuto is "Sapling Warrior"
I was looking for the Japanese word for red cabbage and I saw Tsukemono. Meh, I'll take it.
Uekuma is amalgamation Ue akuma which means "planted fiend."

Not a bad idea. It kind of reminds of the axed Cell Jr. story in Budokai 3 where a Cell Jr. defeated Cell and become free to do what ever he wished.

Master Roshi never figures out how to perform the Mafuba, and thus tries to defeat King Piccolo on his own. He fails, but he's still alive when Piccolo makes his wish. Roshi manages to alter the wish to include himself. Now in the prime of his Youth, Roshi manages to defeat Piccolo, but in doing so Kills Kami. Goku, who'd been killed earlier by Piccolo, is unable to be revived. Roshi, Tien, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu dedicate themselves to defending the earth on their own.

Let's scale Fuu back abit in that he has not achieved his main goal of releasing the Demon Realm (which was the original goal of the Time Breakers in Dragon Ball Online). How about Fuu is using this tournament to not only gauge the strength of other fighters from timelines, but also to test his top henchmen to see if they are ready for the war to come?
No one knows who really is, yet, as he has been working in the shadows and making moves to not catch the ire of the Supreme Kai of Time (which his parents failed at). So, as far as the Supreme Kai of Time knows at the moment, Fuu is filling the vacuum left by the collapse of Freeza's Empire in the future.

Fuu does not want to give away his best hand, so he'll throw in Janemba, Super Android 13, Hatchiyack, and Garlic Jr. to test the fruits of their training as they will be vanguard of his assault forces. Fuu also has sent Dr. Raichi to monitor them personally at the tournament to give an accurate assessment of their progress.

It was not easy. Unlike Broly or Hirudegarn, who have Paragus and Hoi to keep them contained, Janemba was untamed and ax-crazed. Fuu took it upon himself to "teach civility" to his demonic kin after transporting Janemba from his own time into Fuu's future version of the hyperbolic time chamber. It took a while and to say it was not easy is an understatement as Fuu nearly died several times during this time, but eventually he managed to get Janemba to the equivalent Super Buu's intelligence (without Piccolo's absorption).

I think Fuu would hold back Janemba at first. His reality warping abilities are pretty potent
