That was a challenge mission or whatever, not a "story" mission. Not that the game really cares who it teams up anyway. xD

Xeno Gotenks' technique is Super Burning Kamehameha.
About damn time Goten got something new. Also looks like Super Burning Kame is just Super Kame with some orange mixed in. Also Hacchihyaku giving Baby a thumbs up? That's new.
Getting Trunks' job and being his accessory once again doesn't qualify as new. May as well put him in Oracle Fish bowl and call it "new stuff for Goten!"...

Just because it's not new for the franchise doesn't mean it's not new for Goten. He has access to something he didn't before. It's a step up for the character, even if it's not the step fans of him wanted.

Does it develop the character in any way or shape? Add anything unique to him? Nope, not even in design departement as he now even uses the same wardrobe as Trunks. There's nothing to praise here or be happy about, better if he didn't get anything new at all rather than this kind of a 'step up'

It's Dragon Ball Heroes. This series isn't about developing any characters. It's simply a bunch of fan service. Goten got something, even if it's really not that much. The most you can maybe get is new forms and that's about it. Trunks got some, so it's possibly a matter of time til Goten.

If it's about fanservice shouldn't it be pretty clear that being a life-long clone of Trunks isn't exactly the kind of fan pandering Goten fans dream of? :|

I wouldn't assume Goten fans make much of an impact to the franchise to warrant pandering.

It is what is. Goten being apart of the time patrol is more than nothing. His clothing being a lesser Trunks' is kinda lame though. Gotenks is still pretty much the biggest draw between them. Even still I'm surprised GT Trunks gets SSJ3 but not Goten.

So "Burning Kamehameha" is just a normal Kamehameha wave with this fancy name? Seems legit.

I think it could be yellow

I wish they'd have used EoZ Goten instead of GT Goten, but oh well.

Also, while it's not my ship, if I understand correctly, Time Patrol Trunks is Future Trunks, not the one Goten grew up with. What're present day Trunks thoughts on all this I wonder.
On hiatus.

SECs are bebi Hatchihyack and the new Broli state. Herms mentioned on Twitter that the image designates it ""Super Saiyan 4 Full Power"... Whether that's just a description or the actual "form" name, I guess we'll find out soonish.
(I find it funny he has a team unit thing with Towa and Mira after he tried to kill them.)

What's up with Broly's cheeks on that one, haha, it makes him look like a kid.

As a Goten fan myself I agree. Sorta. I'm happy he got something, but it's still not much in the big scheme of things, considering Trunks got a 'Baby form' like right after. And he's still the only male Saiyan of the main cast to not have SSJ3 or even SSJ2 :(

Raditz would be pretty interesting to see. He should at least get SSJ1 first though lol

I'm still waiting for the day it happens. If Bardock can get all the way to SS3 because of this game, I do not see why not these two.
Then, there is Super Saiyan Pan...

Still waiting on that one.

Also did the latest trailer just had Future Trunks performing fusion with Goten when the latter never even knew about its existence?

Future Trunks, as a Time Patroller, saw how the history went after Cell, he saw the battles with Boo, Beerus, Baby, Super #17, and the Evil Dragons. So, he knows about Fusion, and had plenty of time to practice it with Goten, who has also become a Time Patroller now.
