Fansub of "Jump Ryū!” DVD - looking for a translator
Hello. I know people who fansub, but at the moment, the translators I know are all busy. I can get a full team if someone translates into english. Anyone up for this?

Yep! I saw the DVD today, as you said it would be awesome if someone could fansub it, as the content of the magazine inside of the Ryu

Interesting to note that the DVD is Region 2. Hope you have a player that can region change. Computer should be able to do it but many laptops these days lack an optical drive. I've had multi-region players for years. A good one these days is the Seiki 4K upconverting unit available from Kmart, Amazon and other places in the US and Canadian Tire in Canada. That one can change both DVD and Blu Ray regions and is very handy to own...

Also, if you have a Playstation 4, you are allowed to change the region code for DVDs and such up to 3 or 4 times. The same is generally true with laptops, though I think I've heard that your DVD player will be stuck in whatever region you set it to for the last use. That's why I use VLC. It bypasses region locking altogether.

Ripping the disc with AnyDVD with the setting to remove the country code should work.
