Evidence of what the Dragon Box were intended to look like?

I found this video on youtube of a trailer found on one of the Dragon Box The Movies dvds. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QQGqzL1p8vI. It makes you wonder why didn't the Dragon Boxes look like this? Do you guys think this looks better than the final product? EDIT: I came back to this post just now after a couple of months. Sorry about that, I was mainly referring to the colors and not the actual quality of the video. My apologies :oops:

This is the closest to a creditless version of DBZ OP1. This was actually lifted from DBZ Movie 1; I knew by the certificate number on the bottom-right corner.

That looks utterly terrible, actually. Looks like a tape recording or a laserdisc.
