I think ROF and Super is for the 30th anniversary much like Path of Power and GT was for the 10th anniversary.

We know that's not the case. Champa explained the rules already, in fact more clearly than in the manga.

Yes, but nothing was ever said about whether a fighter continues to fight if they win like it was in the manga. At least I don't think it was.
