Who's the tallest character in Dragon Ball?

Either Shenron or Porunga. I'd probably say the former.

porunga is wayyyy taller than shenron. I agree he is the tallest character in the series, including 23rd TB piccolo & ozarus

He's bigger, no doubt. Longer/taller, though? Shenron is always curled up. It's hard to say which one is taller.

Not to mention, that after Dende restored him, he's all of a sudden a lot bigger and that's still while being curled up.

Well, 187 cms is tall. You just happen to be even taller .

I mean, the estimated average height for the human male across the world is approximately 5ft 8 1/2in (1.73 m). Tenshinhan is 14 cms taller than that.

Bora looks really tall, but Tao Pai Pai is kind of short, so he probably looks bigger than he should.

There's also Upa being the size of Bora's head which makes him look even bigger.
