Yea, I doubt they are related to Buu in any way at all. I still hate the fact we don't know where Buu comes from, everyone comes from something right? He may have been alive since the dawn of human life and even before but he had to come from somewhere's himself. I believe Toryiama changed Buu's origins at around Battle of Gods? Maybe he plans to dive into it during Super. Bibidi could have found him in U6 for all we know.

The way Mr. Toriyama made him be, it appears to be one of those things that were always there. The Universe came into existence, Boo came soon after, nobody knows how or from where (and nobody will ever know). It's pretty much an ancient being backstory, who "feeds" on evil.
I doubt we'll ever explore Boo's background, however the twinverse makes it very likely that Boo existed or exists in Universe 6.

I'm honestly very satisfied with his new background story, much prefer mysterious ancient creature than: evil wizard makes almost indestructible being with almost unrivaled power and infinite regeneration/energy.

Well Kaioshin lived for millions of years but is only an SSj tier.It's not like they're Goku or Vegeta who trains 24/7.

I don't like "power levels" but shouldn't Kaioshin be something like Cell?

You mean he is Cell-tier in power ? Well he only realized that he was surpassed by mortals when he knew Goku and Vegeta have SSj2 so Kaioshin could be a SSj/High SSj tier.In my list,i put him above Perfect Cell but way weaker than Super Perfect Cell.

Since we're getting a Freeza-type character in U6 even though we've had two Freeza arcs already, it's possible we may get a Boo-type character in U6 too. It'd be kinda lame if he feeds off of good, but that's what I'm expecting in case a character like that ever turns up.

What would be crazy is if U6 had Buu's race who basically swapped places with the Saiyan's in U6. The Saiyan's are good and take out bad guys, and Buu's race are the evil planet busters. I don't see them being too smart, so maybe someone will rule over them? similar to freeza and the Saiyans? I'm just curious who the bad guys are in U6 if the Sayians are the good. Even if Buu has existed since the dawn of time, even an entire race of his, I think it would be pretty neat. It'd at least give Buu some sort of back story, or that he came from U6. It'd bring a "ancient" race type of thing into the lore anyways, instead of Buu by his lonesome self. If Mister Buu himself were to turn evil again, I don't think it'd be till he ended up absorbing Uub or something.

I don't get why people think that the announcer is related to Buu? Reminds me when people thought Whis could be related to Buu when the BOG poster was first released.

Bebi from GT had a antenna looking thing on his head too (I did thought he was going to be a robot version of Buu when I first a image of him). Not everyone with a antenna on their head is related to Buu.

I'm way too excted to find out how Goku and Botamo's fight will end up. I find it hard to believe that Botamo beats Goku and Piccolo beats Botamo, the gap is way too high, calling it right now,
-they'll announce the match a draw because both Goku and Botamo cant hurt each other (Botamo's special power may just be in play here)
-Goku beats Botamo and when Frost enters he points at Piccolo and wants to fight him hence Goku dropping out on purpose.
-Goku beats Botamo but gets beat by Frost but then Piccolo would just get rekt hard.

Basically you are saying whoever Piccolo faces he is going to lose, so its actually 3 vs 5 instead of 4 vs 5. A fighter who is weaker can still win, if not then we might as well get a scouter to measure all the participants power levels exactly and whoever has the highest wins the touranement and consequently resulting in the tournament being pointless.
