According to ScholarGohan, Dokkan Battle is apparently going to go a bit more global with Korea, France, Germany and Taiwan language options in March.

Regarding the Japanese Tenkaichi, there is now a chance to fight some NPC thematic teams (GT characters, 23 tenkaichi characters, Son Family) and they give a bonus chance to get way more points.

So, how was the Tenkaichi Budoukai for everyone? I liked the changes they made, I felt it gave a better chance for other players to rank higher than they have in the past although I couldn't get below 5000 like I tended to. I also liked how they spaced the rewards giving a higher chance to get the exclusive SSRs.

I had some stuff to do so I couldn't play as much so I had to grind in the last day and got from 20-something wins and rank 50k+ to 80 wins and rank 10k+. I'd prefer getting below 5k but not bad at all. I also got a Piccolo Daimaou (SSR) so that's nice as well. Didn't have enough medals for all the characters I needed to level up, though. I still have the Guaranteed SSR Gasha to pull so I guess this makes up for the golden ticket I didn't get from the rank rewards.

Now, on to Xenoverse collaborations and whatever information they'll reveal!

My tenkaichi didn't went well at all. I ranked below 100000. I didn't have that much time to play. I ranked much better on the previous one. This time it seemed I couldn't get below 100000 for some reason. My girlfriend had better luck, I think she has ranked around 40000 or so and even got up to Birusu class (I just got to old Kaioshin class).

Regarding gashas, I got nothing special, Bacterian, 2 Namus, King Chappa, 1 bunny Bulma and General Blue. I'll probably get a ticket I'm missing in order to do an SSR guaranteed.
My girlfriend didn't have much luck either with the Dragon Ball gashas, she got Bacterian, Draculaman, several Girans, King Chappa and probably some other one not worth mentioning.

I really hope they start adding more characters from Heroes and Xenoverse. We still have a lot of things to add to this game.

I'm all for new characters but there's more than 300 at the moment and I'd prefer for them to make it a bit easier to raise their Special Attack. Even if they don't want us to farm Super Saiyajins and "boss" characters they could hand out Old Kaioushins more often on events or introduce more farmable minor characters.

Yes, I agree. Just getting old Kaioshins from tournaments each month is not enough, specially for Ultra rare characters. I'm trying to get my SS3 Goku to 10 attack and then I will dokkan him into a Legendary Rare, but getting to 10 attack is really slow right now.

We are also near the 500 cards limit. If I'm not mistaken there are around 430 cards more or less right now in the game. They should increase the limit. I like the collecting aspect of the game and I won't like if I'm not able to collect all the cards (which I probably won't be able to do anyway... but at least I want it to be possible).

A thing I would really love they add would be some kind of card exchange between users. In order to maintain the f2p aspect of the game they should probably add a restriction to that like when you trade a card you also have to pay a certain amount of dragon stones depending on how Rare the card is (N cards being free).

It's funny because I also thought about some kind of trade system but figured it wouldn't work that well.

Yeah, I love collecting them as well but I know that probably won't be possible if one doesn't ever pay but the "Guaranteed SSR" events give us more hopes. I currently have two Super Saiyajin Goku that I'm waiting to max and then Dokkan Awaken (one will turn into God Goku and the other will rise to level 120) and I can't decide if I should Awaken them right now or if I should farm the R Goku THEN Awaken him THEN Dokkan Awaken him THEN Awaken him again and use them as fodder and spend 200k+ zeni for a 50% chance to raise it -.-

I wonder if they'll finally use the last tab on Baba's Trade Shop, I kinda predict we have to pay lots of stuff and receive the past Tournament characters.

I also hope they re-arranje the character order because it's a mess right now. I understand if they want to separate Gokus from different arcs or they want to separate characters by release batches but if they have Boyhood characters all over the place then it's not consistent and I don't like it.

Nice collection, Goku14.

March looks promising. I hope that among the DB wishes there is on to expand our inventory further. Besides that I really look forward to Baba's update. I wonder what kind of characters could we get there. Probably nothing great though.

By the way, I have been wondering this for a while, why are you writting Tao Bai Bai instead of Tao Pai Pai?

I totally called for that last tab on her shop to be for something like this :D I'm gonna predict it's for the past Tenkaichi Budoukai-exclusive characters, story events and maybe Old Kaioushins. They might offer some random minor characters as well, which I don't mind at all. I wonder if they'll also include Dragon Stones, they did say "characters, items and etc" and I don't really know what else they could include for us to create since we can already buy medals.

It's Wade-Giles or Pinyin's way of writing his name. I'm trying to be consistent in my spelling of Dragon Ball characters although I forgot which romanization system I'm using

EDIT:
Trunks' Special story event will soon come. You can get Gohan (Future), Trunks (Boy) (Future) and can Dokkan Awaken Trunks into Super Saiyajin Trunks (Future).

So I've recently taken a dip into the JPN servers...man it's a completely different game. It practically rains dragon stones and I've gotten regular SSRs...it's both weird and a little annoying when comparing my very invested global account to my JPN account and I just see this huge difference in my boxes. On global I have barely any SSRs to awaken and in JPN I have nearly too many. I did one multi summon for the Xenoverse Gasha and it just GAVE ME Demigra (I wanted Towa damnit!) Overall...I'm having way more fun and a much better start in the JPN servers and I may migrate over there soon, specially since I'm running out of available stones on global.

In other news, super pumped for the global servers Meta Cooler event, gonna try to get a full meta cooler team if luck is on my side with the gasha!
Going on hiatus. Too much stuff in RL to deal with for me to keep up with posts here for now. Was fun, hope you all have a nice day and future! Volt signing off.

That happened to me as well in just 2 months I got way more on the JPN than what I got on global. Also, everytime there is a server maintenance on JPN version you can expect a lot of new things added. Rewards are also better, and I have been getting rewards daily since december (end of year, 1st anniversary, and now Winter Campaign).

Also, remember to login between 8:30 and 9:30 Japanese times on sundays. You can get 2 dragon stones when Super is aired.

You can also get 5 dragon stones if you put your id on this site: http://dbz-dokkan.channel.or.jp/ (it's the second part of the page that gives the 5 dragon stones).

There are two textbox to fill, first one is your ID and second one is a friends ID that will receive one dragon stone as well. I won't mind at all if you use my ID as a friends ID so I can get 1 extra dragon stone: 3275324596

JPN version it's by far the better version.

Hop on board :D there's a time where even the Japanese server gets a bit dead with not much happening besides rotating Strike events and Gashas but even then, there's enough for you to get entertained.

I don't know if it's the same on Global but you can try to max the Special Attack using similar characters, not just the same exact one (any Goku for Goku, any Vegeta for Vegeta, any Second Form Freeza for Second Form Freeza, etc).

No that is there, but its a much lower chance, I had the STR Muten Roshi and the AGL Muten Roshi, both were SRs and when I was training the AGL so I could get it to MAX POWER ROSHI! It showed that the STR had a 40% chance of raising the AGL's super. Also if you have say...an R Videl and an SR Videl, you can use the SR videl as a 100% rank up to the R Videl's super but...why would you ever do that?

I think once I exhaust my supply of stones for global I may retire to the JPN servers for a vacation till more stones become available on global. But for now its just a little side area to play while I wait for my global stam to recharge. I will say that I like how I got a complete WE GOTTA POWER team in only a couple multi pulls. I'll try adding you guys and putting my ID up in a bit.

EDIT! My ID is 2473798446, the name should be Volt
