I can't remember what people used to say when I was a kid (probably really silly things in the absence of reliable information), but since my return to the series, I saw someone who commented that Super is being animated based on a manga that ran over a decade ago in the early 2000s or something.

As for me, well, when returning to the series, I thought the music was a little different to what I had remembered even though I was watching the Funimation dub. So I thought, 'huh, the original dub music was like this?', when in reality it was Kikuchi's score. This led me to uttering the immortally idiotic lines in an argument with someone, 'the Faulconer score is really whimsical in feel, you know? It's great!'. Ooooh how it pains me to admit that. On the plus side, it means I at least recognised the genius of Kikuchi even when I didn't know it was him.

By that logic we should watch it in Saiya-jin language... Toriyama just has to invent the language and then they have to dub the series in it.

When I was younger I noticed that in BT3 there were GT characters so I thought that since Future Gohan was next to GT Goku, it had to be someone like GT Goten. So I told everyone that GT Goten was in BT3. I don't know how I thought this since HIS NAME IS RIGHT THERE. But... yeah.
