Despite being one sided match,he almost caught Base Goku,not only that,he isn't even fazed by Base Goku's attacks and Base Goku >>>>> Super Vegetto.

I don't think that proves anything to be honest. His body just can't be damaged by normal means.

Chi Chi reaches Tambourine, puts an admirable battle but loses at the end. Once fully healed and on her way out, she sees 40% old Piccolo Daimao and one shots him out of anger.

Wouldn't 40% Old King Piccolo be stronger than Tambourine? With less than half of his power Piccolo easily defeated Goku, who in turn easily defeated Tambourine. Unless you believe something like King Piccolo (less than half) > Goku > Tambourine > Chichi > King Piccolo (40%), how could Tambourine be stronger?

- CG Vegeta wins handly
- My gut tells me Gohan would win comfortably

You can post tier lists in the power levels thread. See links in my signature for power level thread , & add reply to it.

Vegeta doesn't mind holding back a bit, but seeing how this guy is a joke compared to him, he finishes him off. See vegeta vs #19 for reference, but this time, his opponent isn't a fatty. He lets cell absorb a little power from him, then goes ASS , hits BBA (goodbye cell) and then tells trunks to power-up & fight him (as he now needs a good fight).

Regarding the bold part:
100%/0% - Vegeta would destroy Cell. It was implied he could defeat Semi-Perfect just in SSJ. So a weaker version should be much easier. For Cell to have any shot he would have to use a special attack, genki dama or kaioken. Since he never used them in the series, I assume he can't. So defeat is the only outcome, Vegeta wins unscathed.

As a rule, I like to work with the same gaps in power of characters with differing forms, so the gap between Full Power Semi Cell and Super Vegeta is the same as the gap between Full Power Imperfect Cell and SS Vegeta(post RoSaT).
Thus Vegeta beats Cell into the ground as easily as he did Semi Cell.

How far does he get?

- Piccolo easily smokes Chi Chi, Chappa, and Yajirobe all at once.
- Tao Pai Pai is turned into scrap metal.
- Even if we're ignoring official power levels for this time period, the only earthling who could match his strength is Tenshinhan. Kuririn and Yamcha succumb after giving him a halfway decent fight.
- Apparently weighted Goku is stronger than he was at age 15, and the only thing he didn't improve upon was speed. However it only says that his speed didn't improve, not that he got slower. Goku, who is stronger than he was 3 years ago and possesses the same speed from 3 years ago, dominates Daimao.
- Tenshinhan is more-or-less as strong as Daimao at this point, and if all else fails, he has the Kikoho.
- Even if injured Ma-junior has more power, he is still injured and wouldn't be fighting at his full capacity. Daimao wins.
- Even when held back by a human body, the gap between Daimao and Kami should still be pretty large. Kami sweeps.
