Favorite new character?

What has been your favorite new character that DBS has introduced? Mine would be Champa.

Though he hasn't talked or really done anything. Magetta. Design wise, love them, presence? Love them, the big brute just commands attention due to his size. Which is why I'm scared that if he actually does fight Vegeta, he's gonna got one shot killed cause no fun police. But if I had to pick from someone who has actually done stuff...its a tie between Whis and Jaco. They're both fun, they're both entertaining to just watch.

Beerus. The fact that a new character could be introduced over 20 years after the series ended and feels like he should have always been there from the start makes you realize what a great character he is. Its now almost hard to imagine the series without him, and its hard to believe he feels so right and natural.

If you're counting the first two arcs, it's a tie between Beerus and Whis. Whis having upside to surpass his student, with all the mystery around him, limited role besides master and ultra useful storytelling tool.

If you're just counting the recent tournament, Frost. It's delightful politeness has won me over. But it's to soon make judgments, we know close to nothing of the new characters.
Although I have a feeling Monaka will shine and become one of the best characters in the arc and all Dragon Ball.

I have a feeling that Monaka is going to be another fan favorite.

Do we get to count the Supreme Kai of time? She feels like she should count as a canon character now. Otherwise my vote goes to Whis; I feel like we haven't really begun to see what he's actually capable of, which leaves open some interesting potential plot hooks in the future.

I'm kind of torn between Whis and Champa atm. I'd need to see more of Champa first in this new arc.

Champa. That guy is just awesome. He has instant chemistry with anyone he interacts with. I'm not counting Beerus, Whis or Jaco because they are weren't technically introduced in Dragon Ball Super. They all made their debuts before that.

Okay, it seems as though people are taking the first two arcs of Super into account. And if that is the case, then I'm changing my answer to Beerus. For obvious reasons.

If we're counting characters that are new but already appeared in the first two arcs via the movies, then that answer is easy for me - Jaco all the way. He's such an amazingly fun character and feels right at home with the rest of the cast, to the point that I wish he had actually existed for a lot longer before now. He's basically space Kuririn to me.

As far as people actually brand new for Super so far...uhh...kind of hard for me to say so far. We haven't really had enough with any of the Universe 6 guys yet. I'm pretty curious about all of them, but in particular Magetta since he's pretty different from anything we've had before. I was thinking the same of Botamo too, but what little we've gotten of him already in the manga and the preview, he seems alright but nothing that I would consider a favorite probably. So that pretty much just leaves Champa and Vados, who are fun and Champa seems to make a great foil for Beerus...so I guess him, if I have to pick.

If we aren't counting the first two arcs and previous material like the Jaco manga, I'd probably say Champa as well. We haven't seen enough of the new characters for me to really think about them, and I might revisit this if I change my mind, but I think Champa is legitimately funny.

Champa.What i like about him is unlike Beerus,he isn't as asshole as him.And based from what i'v seen so far,Frost is coming as one of my favorites.

What so obnoxious about Whis? Hell, out of all the new characters, he's the most polite, peaceful and patient.

I mean Whis has been so intelligently developed already and, like others are saying, he's so polite! Though if we're only speaking on post "movie" arcs, Shanpa and Botamo just seem to be the most intriguing at this very moment. I want to know if Shanpa is going to teach our heroes anything new! Additionally, if Botamo is going to stand a true chance against them.

Beerus - Amazing add to the Dragonball universe, so glad to see more and more of him in Super.
Whis - Very intresting guy, mysterious, yet hilarious. It's also intresting to see the way he trains Goku and Vegeta too, it's like he KNOWS how they can get to their [unlimited] limit.
Champa - Super funny guy, lazy, thinks he is so special yet he's too lazy to do anything as a god of destruction. Reminds me a lot myself
Jaco - His manga was amazing and super fun, he's overall really fun character, he is funny, badass, and the way his story expands the universe with all the Galactic Patrol is great.
Cabba - At first I wasn't glad to see another Saiyan, yet he is so intresting, and all the story about Planet Sadal (or whatever it's called) is very intresting.

Monaka, Magetta and Hit might also go on the list but I need to see more of them at first.

Beerus.

Whis is just a really powerful guy with a lot of abilities. I find his character to be much less interesting in comparison to the beer champion, just feeling too overpowered.

Beerus' fight against goku was amazing, his character isn't still discovered fully and so on. IDK why people want him to get surpassed or die so badly.

I actually like Frost a lot. He's like a friendly-rival palette swap of Freeza. I also like his fighting style versus Goku, holding back his true real form and taunting Goku as he fights.
