Oh no! I guess it makes sense. I don't know how anyone took that seriously. It's clearly a joke custom. They would have never released an image of it with an unfinished sculpt or paint.

Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread
Not to mention it was a hand sculpt, when most toys are digitally sculpted these days, and it didn't even resemble that shot it was supposed to represent.

True. I thought they were just trying to make it look horrible like the animationMetalwario64 wrote:Not to mention it was a hand sculpt, when most toys are digitally sculpted these days, and it didn't even resemble that shot it was supposed to represent.
Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread
Hey guys, i'm looking for a little help/ info.
I'm collecting "The Figure Collection" by Banpresto.
So far I have Vegeta, Trunks, Goku, and Krillin.
Even after doing some research I couldn't get a real indication on when the rest of the series releases.
The best I could find was myfigurecollection.net which had some release dates, but I feel these are Japanese release dates.
I'm trying to find the international/ North American release dates for these figures.
If anyone could dig up any information regarding how these are released and commonly used/ reliable sites that would be great.
(I'm new to collecting but really like this collection)

Well according to Entertainment Earth, Gohan and Piccolo come out in May, but I'm pretty sure they over exaggerate the release dates quite a bit. I'd assume they'd be coming out in March. http://www.entertainmentearth.com/prodi ... sp2a_krKM8Ozotto wrote:Hey guys, i'm looking for a little help/ info.

I'm amazed they made a "Vegeta is terrified!" figure despite this being in the same span of time they're coming out with a minifig of him from ep 2 with the octopus on his face. ^^;

So, predictions on what comes out next?
My guess is we'll get SSJ4 Goku, then SSG Goku, and then after that we'll probably get Champa and Vados.

Well, with Super's relevancy, Beerus, Whis and Super Saiyan Blue Goku & Vegeta out of the way, I'd say that Vados and Champa are a good bet.
I think Super Saiyan 4 Goku will be next, though, purely because they've showcased a prototype (again) recently in Mexico. It seems impending.

I'm still waiting around for ssjg Gokû figuarts.
At this rate I feel like they're not going to make one at all.
In which case I get to save my money I guess.

There was a prototype shown on Mexico (?) sometime ago. There are pictures a few pages back.Chuquita wrote:I'm still waiting around for ssjg Gokû figuarts. At this rate I feel like they're not going to make one at all.

Did you forget about it? You commented on it back with the pictures were released.
Kinda surprising since it's SSG.

Now that I re-look at the photos, I'm wondering what alternate face plates he's gonna have. I have a ssjg Gokû figure, but he's got the same expression as the figuarts one has on. I'd like if there was a smiling face plate like the regular base form figuarts Gokû has.

Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread
There's definitely been a Super Saiyan God figuart prototype - and I'd be amazed if it didn't get released.
My theory is that they know it'll sell well, but their schedule has just been a little Goku heavy recently, what with SSGSS and the 'Super Saiyan Awakening' figure - especially if Super Saiyan 4 is around the corner.
But anyway, I haven't pre-ordered Whis yet - but I'll probably do it this weekend. My 'premium colour' Trunks showed up last week, and I've already got Beerus, Super Saiyan Trunks, and SSGSS Vegeta on pre-order as it stands.
