One thing I'm curious about with a lot of these God tier lists is where do Base Goku & Vegeta stand in comparison to say Vegetto or Boohan who're the strongest warriors from the manga? We know that the films have their bases as being fairly close to SSG level but how about Supers version?

That's about where I have them too. Dragon Ball is a series where minor gaps make all the difference in the universe so it never made sense to me to have SSJ3 Vegetto at 5-10% of Beerus' power like a lot of other lists tend to put him at.

Where would you put LOLRAGETA at from both the movie and Super?

Is LOLRAGETA the enraged Vegeta? If so, I would put him at 5% of Beerus' power. He surpassed Goku and made quite the impression, but he was easily taken down, so I don't consider him 10% of Beerus. It makes him 1.25 times stronger than SSJ3 Goku, and where I would put the hypothetical Gogeta.

Good list. But I wanted to make three opinions:
1. I don't think SSJB Goku has surpassed Golden Freeza. It's just a personal opinion I have. I think he may have become as strong as Golden Freeza but not stronger.
2. If Monaka is really the strongest person Beerus has ever fought, shouldn't he stronger than Champa by default? I mean, there's no way Beerus and Champa haven't fought in the past at least once, right?
3. I'd bump down Final Form Frost to the 2-2.5 billion range. I mean, SSJ Goku was kicking his ass and not even trying. I'd say the gap between him and Final Form Frost would be a bit bigger. But that's really a nitpick more than anything, because the margin in strength between him and SSJ Goku is still pretty wide

1.- Well the guys trained for almost 4 years (3 of them in the RoSaT), I decided to throw them a bone.
2.- Ever since Whis was confirmed to not be the strongest person Beerus fought, I took the line as Beerus meaning only the mortal world and excluding gods.
3.- I could do that but having his final form be 10 times greater than his first form was just too good to pass up. I like these short of things.

this puts buu around 1.6x majin vegeta, and around 40% of SS3 goku.
Enraged majin buu is a lot stronger though, with pre spilt being over 2x majin vegeta & post split being 1.6x majin V

I doubt it, Goku would've been able to kill him fairly easily. Remember, Fat Boo got the shit kicked out of him by Kid Boo who was capable of actually holding his own against Kid far better than Vegeta. A Vegeta, who's implied to be only somewhat stronger than SSJ2 Gohan from the Cell Games.

Yes, hard to get so direct information regarding power. Mr.Boo doing better against Pure Boo is relative. Yes, he did lasted longer with his regeneration and was able to hit twice because of his body also.
