Its not the standard, this is a monthly promo manga and I'm not gonna read it anymore. Also, how do you know Serbian, where are you from? :D
I mean standard for this kind of manga. Dragon Ball used to be a weekly chapter manga from 1984 - 1995.
Let's just say, for the sake of not going into offtopic too much, that I enjoy the Adriatic sea, especially Kotor and the Boka bay. Pozdrav iz Vojvodine
Yeah, that what i meant, man. This is not like the old days (1984 - 1995). In this case, anime is the main product and manga is a monthly promotion for it, done by different author. Pozdrav i tebi, brate, iz Srpske Sparte!

He was definitely talking about the super dragonballs and going to u6 as if he wrote it himself. He's definitely not writing script but he's writing the general plot like why the tournaments set up. who wins the tournament, how, what happens afterwards kind of thing.
How am I giving him too little credit? Everything you described is very basic plot information that would be covered by a "thick plot". In other words, he most likely wrote a lengthy summary with little to no dialogue (or we'd be diving into script territory). Which, given his involvement with the films (which he didn't do storyboards for either), means he's less involved with the series.

Wow, that tournament ring in manga is waaaay more cooler than the one in the anime :(

Do we know that Toriyama designed Jaco's new ship?
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Yes. It's included in the respective V-Jump issue, as well as the Super History Book, with the rest of the designs.

Since various Weekly Shonen Jump manga such as Assassination Classroom, Nisekoi, Toriko and Gintama are coming to an end. Do you think
Shueisha might make the Dragon Ball Super manga by Toyotaro a weekly series to make up for those huge losses?

They should, but I'm sure that they won't.

I think they won't but I wish they would. Having DBS as a weekly manga would be so great.

BTW, you didn't mention Bleach - most likely the current arc will be its end so it can also count as "coming to an end" (though, knowing Kubo, quite a prolonged one).

I wouldn't have counted Bleach either. It's the final arc, but who knows how long said arc will be.

As for Dragon Ball Super being a weekly series... While I would love that in theory, I honestly don't think Toyotaro is up for it. He's refining his craft with each chapter since he started officially with the Victory Mission series, but I really don't want to push him into that kind of schedule because his art will likely suffer. You could see it in Victory Mission when the chapters started getting larger page counts.

I feel like U6 is U7 in the past. We could potentially see the original SSJ God since these saiyans seem to have pure hearts.

I don't know if anyone noticed it yet.But this line in chapter 8 kinda contradicts the revelation of Frost being evil.

It doesn't say he isn't evil, it says he doesn't feel evil. I'm not sure that really qualifies as a contradiction.

We didn't get a Herms translation for the last chapter, but what we did get said strongest at hand-to-hand combat, not strongest fighter overall. So, again, not really contradictory (yet).

Yes and judging by the new segment in the opening, Cabba is going to be good at kicks, so perhaps he's their best foot-to-foot fighter

Frost is basically Lex Luthor. A deceitful, manipulative, exploitive bastard, with good publicity.
