I think Frost will go up to Golden Freeza. Goku said that he does not need to go SSj to beat ROF Final Form Freeza and ROF 1st First Form Freeza beat SSj2 Gohan. I would imagine that he will likely above SSj3 Buu saga level.

Its SSJ Broly without crown restraint power
Hmm, I see. But where you brought this "type C" name from?

Frost seems to be much stronger than Freeza in normal conditions, but when Freeza transforms into his golden form the power-up is tremendous. Not only he surpass Goku's base and Super Saiyan forms, but even a level which surpass Super Saiyan God's. Current Frost can't even dream about fighting a Super Saiyan God.

Piccolo finger flicks.
Goku one shots.
If this regular Perfect Cell, then Goku also one shots.Super Perfect Cell however is a different story.
Going by my current power level list. The fused Android wins with small difficulty.

- My gut says that rage boosted Vegeta is way stronger. Piccolo might be able to win with evasion tactics and a well placed Makankosappo, but his chances are very slim.
- Unless if Goku tries for a full power Kamehameha, he isn't gonna be able to deal enough damage in that short instance to finish Gohan off. Gohan then picks off a seriously weakened Goku.
- Same thing, but Cell could probably survive a Kaioken boosted Kamehameha anyways.
- Android 17.5 finishes off Vegeta fairly easily.
- Unfortunately, the drag queen cyborg doesn't pack quite enough power to deal with a Super Saiyan 2.

Bora stomps
Piccolo with some trouble
Shisami beats them relatively easily, probably more even if zarbon can transform.

Going off how strong Gotenks got (started out with kids that individually were shown to be definitely stronger than #18 when Super Saiyan, but definitely weaker than Gohan; ended up with a regular Super Saiyan form that might've been as strong as SSj3 Goku, probably even stronger after training), I find it unlikely that regular Super Saiyan Vegeta would have even the tiniest shred of a chance. It'd be like his fight with #18 seven years earlier, except he'd be so far outclassed he wouldn't even be able to create the illusion of being a halfway-decent match for the fusion when they are still holding back and playing around at the start of the fight.
SSj2 Vegeta... that's harder to say. The Android fusion should be a definite notch or two below SSj Gotenks strength (considering that the SSj kids are probably around #16 level or maybe Semi-Perfect Cell level at best, while #17 and #18 are far enough below that level that they wouldn't have a chance against someone that strong fighting seriously), but is that a big enough gap for SSj2 Vegeta to have a chance? He was pretty much helpless against Fat Buu, while SSj3 Goku would've been enough to definitely destroy Buu if he'd tried and SSj Gotenks is supposed to be around that level -- so there's a pretty wide range between "somebody as strong as Gotenks" and "somebody Majin Vegeta would actually have a chance against." If the Android fusion ends up being a good bit less than half as strong as SSj Gotenks, then Vegeta could possibly win, though it'd probably be similar to the Piccolo vs. #17 fight (with the Androids also having a good chance of winning thanks to barriers and not getting worn down over time.) If not, well... Veggie's getting his ass handed to him yet again.

- I don't really know why people believe Bora would be able to match Mira-kun. Bora was heavily implied to be weaker than a pre-Karin Goku, and in Dragon Ball Movie 3, found himself at a disadvantage against Yamcha. On the other hand, Muten Roshi speculated that Goku, as he was during the 21st Budokai, probably wouldn't be able to win against Mira-kun. Based on that, I'd say that Mira-kun wins about as easily as he did against Yamcha.
- The two are pretty much equal. Coin flip says Piccolo wins.
- I'm assuming this is Super's version of Shisame. If that's the case, Shisame might win against Zarbon or Dodoria individually, but wouldn't be able to take them both out. If it's movie Shisame, then he curb-stomps Zarbon and Dodoria so hard, it isn't funny.
Shisami one shots. He went toe-to-toe with Kamicollo and it took SSJ Adult Gohan to take him down.

Bardock's BP was 10,000 by the end of the FOG TV special, so times that by 50, and his BP is 500,000, while Nail has a BP of 43,000. Nail gets wrecked.
