Not weird at all. Beerus and King Kai are Gods by title, Whis, despite his power, is just a servant like Kabito.

Apparently it says Goku and Piccolo lost because Frost cheated and Vegeta is angry so he wants to face Frost.

...But Goku and Piccolo's names literally aren't even mentioned anywhere there.

I am having a hard time figuring out Vegeta right now. I guess he wants to humiliate frost. Then again could have just allowed piccolo to continue.Or I guess he did not frost to get away with it.

I kinda love the character development. Since when did the rougish Vegeta become a defender of honesty and integrity? Since when did the win-at-all-costs interplanetary thug become the man who suggests the rules?

It's just like Kuririn points out in Battle of Gods: Vegeta has became a model citizen of Earth. He is still bashful and arrogant, but after his 'hats off' moment to Goku whilst fighting Kid Buu, I truly believe his character turned a corner; he still wants to better Goku - but it's no longer a case of him wanting it at any cost.

Right, I think he's sort of adopted Goku's method, he wants to become stronger on his own without help and he wants to do it with civil standards. Not selling himself out to somebody evil and then turn on Earth and his family. To be honest, Vegeta's more civil or more of a citizen/protector than Goku is now because Goku would put the entire Universe in danger to face a strong opponent. Vegeta either wouldn't or would find a way to do it without putting people in danger at this time and point. Of course Vegeta still wants to be stronger than Goku, it's competition in the sport they love just like any other real life sport.

The smug, old, cynical fan in me relishes the fact that those who are quickest to bemoan Vegeta's lack of Cell-arc angst are probably the same voices who readily lament Dragonball's lack of character development.

Eh I don't see it like that. Frost rubs him the wrong way so he probably wants to beat the shit out of him because of that. I don't think Vegeta gives a rats ass about fair and honest, or he'd just let the rulings stand. Instead he personally wants to beat up Frost to satisfy himself.

Wow... Super Super Saiyan. At this point I just want them to stick to one name it is getting a bit ridiculous, why did they suddenly drop numbers, Super Saiyan God 2 would have been fine and stopped this headache.

There's a difference between throwing his pride away and killing his family. If it came down to it and Whis told him to kill his family then he would train him, I don't think he'd do it. That's what i mean by at any cost. We are seeing a less prideful Vegeta in Dragon Ball Super because he's got soft thanks to Goku and Earth.

Eh, it's "Chou Super Saiyan". "Chou" is usually translated as Super, but that's not its only translation. "Ultra Super Saiyan" or "Hyper Super Saiyan" would be equally as valid if you're going to translate the "Chou".

Since the episode hasn't aired yet, it's not known. It wasn't even used in an episode title, just mentioned in one of the summaries, and could possibly be a typo. Given that the preview summaries have had mistakes/misleading information before, I'm inclined to go with it being a mere typo, rather than a new form or name. The only "in universe" explanation I can imagine is that it's a shortened way of referring to "Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan", but since that name has already been extensively used for merchandise, I doubt they're outright changing it.
