A Dragon (either Shenron or Porunga) is considered dead or just deactivated when the creator dies?
For example, when Grand Elder Guru dies, Porunga disappears at the same time. Does it mean that Porunga dead or just got deactivated? I think the Dragon Balls are inactive as stones when the creator dies, while their Dragons are still alive and locked out in their "dimension", but I'm not sure.
Additionally, if my point is valid, could be Porunga be considered one of the few characters that don't die in Dragon Ball Z, then?
