I've known about this image for a long time, originally from Planet Namek. I recently found it again, and I have some questions.
I remember hearing that this was actually done by Toriyama, so is this true? If not, who actually made it?
Also, who translated this little comic strip?

It appears in the first Daizenshuu volume (Original Color Illustrations), and I believe it was used to promote some DBZ game-or-other back on the SNES. Don't know who translated that copy, but it's pretty close.

I didn't really hang around on either...
Yes, it figures there would be multiple translated copies of it. For some reason, I just thought as if there was one well known person who translated it, and that copy was used everywhere.
Thanks, Julian!

Planet Namek forums? Abusive? Where'd you ever get that idea?
I remember complaining about the web designer of that Neo-whatever site. He was demanding that people try to impress him with their web design skills. I commented that it was pretty arrogant of him to demand that people "impress me with your skills" (direct quote!). I got about 20 flames from people wanting to know why I felt like I could speak to an elite web designer like that. I think I got banned, too.
So no, not abusive or elitist at all.

Anybody remember the "spiritworld" irc room?
I pissed off someone called Vegettosomethingorother (not EX, and I don't think 707) and he got all pissed off and banned for me for the day. I got into a discussion on Kienzan's Edge about how non-elite webmasters are treated so I wrote an editorial for his site that got posted. People read it and flooded his boards and e-mail with "editorials" "demanding" that I return to spiritworld so they could "put a non-elitist in their place".
