It is, the terms simply has another meaning in this context. The actual Japanese word 'yome' is also used.

It's a toss up between 18 and Videl for me. They both have that "I don't fuck around" attitude that is pretty hot but I lean a bit more towards 18 because I feel like we would get along better. Pigtail Videl is still a total cutie though.

I always had a thing for Celipa/Fasha. Even if she didn't do much. I like her demeanor from Tenkaichi 3. She kind of reminds me about Meredith McCoy's No. 18 a bit in personalty, where she seems tough and hardy, but calm and loyal while neutrally aligned. I wasn't a fan of the goody-two-shoes, perfect house-wife archetype used for Gine because I find it boring, like how Videl pretty much became.

Then there is Saiyaman Arc Videl I prefer a lot more. I liked her with her hair in those low-tails and her tomboyish, assertive, and lightly stuck up attitude then, while she isn't as extreme as the modern, overemotional sociopath anime girls of today when it comes to those traits. (I hate Tsunderes), I like her character because she seemed the most natural and was just skeptical about things reasonably, kind of like Indigo League Arc Misty from Pokemon. She doesn't mess around, and logical but can respect people as well.

Honestly, Bulma is my favourite, but I think Lunch would be the uh, most fun, so I'll go with her. However, gotta give ups to this girl:

Probably Gine. She would be a good caretaker (I am an extremely lazy guy who can't do anything for shit) and she seems like she would be very caring towards me.
I know some people wished Goku's mom would be more of a badass, but sometimes simple is the way to go.

On the hottest chart, Videl with pigtails is my favorite, 18 comes close.
