Yeah I'm guessing it is "そして超ドラゴンボール (仮)". It really seems the Super DBs will be used in 41.

Vegeta challenges Hit using Super Saiyajin Blue but Hit's technique, "Tokitobashi", deals a barrage of hits in his vital points and makes him faint. Son Goku is able to guess how Hit's "Tokitobashi" works and thus, while in Super Saiyajin Blue state, he also challenges Hit.

Version 2
Hit can skip time but only for 0.1 seconds. Estimating past those 0.1 seconds, Goku defeated the "Tokitobashi". But, Hit continues to grow (stronger?) while in battle. So, Goku breaks the seal of the Kaiouken and shoots a Kamehameha!

Yeah, unless the last Super Dragon Ball is already in the possession of someone there, or is Planet Nothing itself, I don't really want a wish being made in 41. Hopefully the title is actually something along the lines of the gathered orbs belonging to Beerus, or the search for the last one begins.

I recall it being said in the Super manga that the Super Dragon Balls can grant any wish, without limitations according to Champa. The amount of things the Dragon Team can do with that... such as reviving anyone from the dead, including the Saiyan race (though, that wouldn't make much sense at all, but just throwing it out there), amongst other things.... can't think of much atm... though they should probably revive North Kaio sometime soon with whatever set of Dragon Balls, because he's been dead for too long XD

My prediction is that Monaka goes mad, he arms/body grow to a crazy size and then squashes Goku because he punched Monaka in the face and Monaka remembers it consequently killing him and does the same to Champa. The only way to revive a God of Destuction or someone with God Ki is to use the Super Dragon Balls so they find the last one to revive Champa and Goku.

I'm willing to bet that Goku using the Kaio-ken at such a level will be a very mild increase compared to the ten-fold or even three-fold increases of the past, and will leave him utterly exhausted afterward.

This means that goku could have used ssj with kk.

Ehmm not really. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Kaoiken a god technique ? SSJ he wouldn't be able to sustain/contain it.
Well it would make sense that Goku would only be able to sustain that move now that he has access to God ki. It wouldn't make much sense if this leaves him exhausted afterwards.

Which is why it would make perfect sense for him to use Kaoiken now that he has god ki so he should be able to control it without getting exhausted like when he used it before.

I still think Goku won't be able to use a 2x Kaioken. It makes no sense, 'cause SSJB + 2x Kaioken he could overpower Beerus and even Whis (or die in process).
I think he will use a 1,1x Kaioken + SSJB, so he could overpower Hitto and it wouldn't be enough to get Beerus power.
I hope they'll do this way.

I find it difficult to access what will or won't make sense until we view the circumstances of Goku's technique. I know we're excited to find out, yet we can't condemn that which does not exist yet.
