Anyone notice the video quality in "A Guardian's Return

Anyone notice the video quality in "A Guardian's Return

In the first episode anyway. In the first episode, the video quality looks exactly like those found on the TOEI releases. The color definitely isn't what FUNimation usually does. I was kinda liking it until the next episode reverted to the regular FUNi colors (which I don't mind). But when you compare, FUNi does turn up the contrast quite a bit. So does anyone else have this DVD and notice how the colors are similar to TOEI's releases on the first episode?
