Yes it does, at least in the context of what he was saying.

I hate when fan's take a little bit of information from the magna or anime and say its set in stone denying any other theories. Then eventually calling anyone who goes against this "supreme logic" an idiot.MAGNETO

I hate it when "fans" writes words on forums in small letters, thinking we take the time to copy it and past it somewhere else so we can read what they say.
There are a some people like that on this forum.
Write big please it's anoying thinking you are so interesting that we will do all the work to read it.
If you don't write the text normally, then we don't care...Well, I don't.

You mean you hate it when we type like this?kindertuin wrote:I hate it when "fans" writes words on forums in small letters, thinking we take the time to copy it and past it somewhere else so we can read what they say.

I don't know about you, but I can read that size font just fine without pasting it into places like WordPad. And we really only do it when we say something we don't exactly want people to read in the regular way. (Like, say, something that has the potential to be taken offensively when we don't mean it to be.) We're not doing it just to annoy the piss out of you.
Now, something that can get rather annoying indeed is when people type like this a lot. Only effective when used occasionally to emphasize something, I think. Otherwise it creates unnecessary scrolling and wastes space on what's usually a tidy forum. >_>
Art, etc. links taken down for now. Will be updated at some point. I dunno.

If there's one thing I hate above all else is calling people "noobs". Everyone has to be a noob at some point, if they make an ill informed statement then just politely correct them instead of being a prick. This goes for everything, not just Dragonball.

Ok. There seems to be some confusion here. A "noob" is an annoying 11 year old who thinks he/she's all that online, and refuses to listen to anyone that tries to help him/her.TriforceCaptre wrote:If there's one thing I hate above all else is calling people "noobs". You seem to be confusing that with a "newbie," which is just a new person, who just needs a little bit of guidance (which he/she will gladly accept) to get him/herself started.

Well said and completely on target as to what a newbie is. But what I hate is of a more general nature. It's the guys who say that DBZ is for retards or that all it's fans are screaming 12 year olds. I think part of this is due to the demographics that Funi felt it needed to appeal to back then. I think that if the fandom had seen some of the major complaints we have nowdays, they would be surprised. I mean in a way we are getting a superior product to what some of the older fans jacked off to back in the day. Complete and totally off topic, I know but I just can't stand how some people can't escape such a short sighted veiwpoint. It kills brain cells thinking about the WHY.Mayuri Furiza Kurotsuchi wrote: Ok. There seems to be some confusion here.
