Good chapter, better than the last one. While the Magetta fight in the anime was serious, the fight in the manga was more of a gag fight.SSj Vegeta was getting destroyed by Magetta, and only won because he destroyed the ring.

I haven't realized how bland the stands look like. The floaty thingies of the anime are way better.

Quite like Toyotaro culling the two fan-service moves from the Magetta fight. Should make the upcoming Kaioken feel more significant, rather than just another stop on the Dragon Ball moveset Greatest Hits.

Really enjoyed the art. Interesting compositions, and he got really expressive with Vegeta. That's what I like to see.

Another disappointing chapter, the major drawback of the manga is that its behind. It is not something so different or amazing from the anime that it can be classified as a good chapter even though i like toyotaro's art.

Ultimate still like the manga chapter better, but the Magetta fight was a little disappointing. The best part about these fights is that we get to explore the Universe 6 characters and their personalities. Some of the best parts of the Magetta fight in the anime aren't those related to Vegeta, but the character of Magetta himself expressed through his attacks (the heat, the explosive fart, the hardened lava club, etc). We didn't really get any of that here, which is a shame.

Wow, I loved the Frost fight. I think those are probably some of my favourite Toyotaro battle panels. It was short and sweet, sure, but it was really impactful. I thought the Magetta fight seemed more like a gag fight in this chapter - not that I'm complaining. Some of Vegeta's expressions were really on-point.

Is it just me who thinks that Toyotaro is getting better and better at this? It's almost like Toriyama is schooling him.

They need to skip ahead to the next arc cause at this rate we'll start that in the anime and the manga will probably just be starting Goku's fight with Hit.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

Too much time was spent on the Frost fight and we don't even get to see the Hit stuff. The Magetta fight was really disappointing, the anime version was a lot better. Man, the manga is really far behind now, monthly is not gonna work out if it's just going to keep getting further and further behind.

The anime will end and the manga will continue to run, the extreme opposite of Naruto nowadays. I agree that monthly won't work anymore, they need to switch to weekly indeed.

Never thought I'd say this, but I like the anime better on both accounts. That's a big surprise. Not that the manga was bad, but it wasn't as interesting. The one punch I really liked, even if the cut of it was bad. Magetta's fight I kinda like, but there was more to it in the anime. Another sad thing is since the manga is now behind, it lost it's charm of being an awesome preview. Now it's kinda just there as an alternative by being monthly.

Is it just me or does the manga seems to be consistently showing the other universe in a lower tier powerwise than Vegeta/Goku but above normal fighters like Piccolo? Like it seems less ambiguous where the characters stand in relation to each other.

The chapter was okay. The anime version of the battle between Vegeta and Magetta was way better and I think Vegeta and Frost should have ended with one punch like it did in the anime. The manga has truly lost its purpose now if it didn't already. The manga is so far behind the anime it's not even funny.

Yeah, the manga is just tooo far behind from the anime that the excitement that i used to have everytime a new chapter leaks are gone. Its so far behind that the anime will probably already bein the next arc while the manga still won't have the Goku vs. Hit fight.

The chapter was nice, but I'm sad it's so far behind because seeing spoilers in the manga was one of my favorite parts of it.

I think the whole skipping ahead was a dual purpose of avoiding the RoF stuff which Toyotaro had already covered, and generating buzz for the new material for the Universe 6 Arc - because, I mean, let's be honest - enthusiasm was flagging.

Pretty solid chapter. Nothing new certainly, but Toyotaro did pretty well. I still enjoy the way he draws fight scenes. That said, I do have to agree that I preferred the events of both fights in the anime. The one punch K.O. was plenty effective in the fight with Frost and it would have let Toyotaro save a few panels for the Magetta fight, which was lacking just a bit in comparison to the anime. I will say that I liked the humor added to this chapter though. I thought Vegeta punching Magetta and hurting his hand was pretty funny.

I thought the fight with Frost was better here than in the anime which just ended with a single punch and Frost doing some weird spin before being knocked out.

The base Vegeta vs Magetta portion was probably better than in the anime as well but the SSJ Vegeta vs Magetta fight wasn't anywhere near as good as the anime, not even close.
