Discussion regarding the entirety of the franchise in a general (meta) sense, including such aspects as: production, trends, merchandise, fan culture, and more.
Kuririn Fan wrote:Yeah, Kami by himself only died once.
Even though he didn't, they're probably including him fusing with Piccolo counting as "dying"
Yeah.
Not really, but it all depends on your point of view.
For the purposes of the quiz, when Piccolo dies the second time in Kid Buu's attack, that is also counting against Kami.
Nejishiki wrote:We are told and shown Future Trunks dying twice, but just as Trunks is a different character from Future Trunks (1), Future Trunks (2) is also a separate character. I'm not sure if I expressed that clearly enough but the same Cell kills two Trunks!

Not true. Supreme Kai hasn't died once yet.

Sorry I mean to say "List of everyone who died twice or more".
Oh, okay. But you know, now that I think about, Supreme Kai really is the only character from the original manga who hasn't died. Funny, ain't it?

Forgot about Uranai Baba, Pan, Bra and Oob. But I believe Mr Satan must have died when Freeza blew up the Earth in Resurrection F.

Oh sorry bro I forgot. The quiz was great! Make another one.

Yeah, i know that. I thought the guy i was agreeing with said the same, but he said him fusing = death.

Could Majin Buu, South Kai and maybe Porunga be included to that list?

No problem.
Well, I've made many Dragon Ball quizzes already. Some fun, some hard/bad.
My signature below includes some few of them.
Yeah, i fucked up, i meant Sout Kaio.
Freeza kill doesn't count because time got reversed and we don't know if Baba was on Earth that time. Bay is the dog Boo saved.
Wasn't sure what to do with Future Trunks, so I left it.
However, I clicked Android 18 on the same logic -- killed once by Boo, once in Future Trunks' timeline (absolutely on-screen/page), and got out on that. I'm guessing the last legitimate one I needed was #17 (once in the Cell arc, once by Boo).
EDIT -- Okay, I also needed Kami, which is pretty arguable with how his second "death" works.
The quiz really needs to clear up its rules on multiple "versions" of the same character (Future Trunks and #18), and Kami. I was sure if it didn't count them, it wouldn't count him, as we only see him die as an individual character in the Saiyan arc.

But it says "main story timeline" in the quiz description.
Kuririn Fan wrote:Porunga "died" when Grand Elder died, Pure Boo died of Genki Dama and South Kaioshin, like many other Other World beings, didnt die.
By the way, I meant Majin Buu (the fat one, also known as Innocent Buu), not including the other forms. Technically, Fat Buu hasn't died yet, right? Also not counting Majuub in Dragon Ball GT, though.
