Cell dies horribly.Botamo's strength is unknown but Cell has no way in hell of defeating him,he will just get exhausted and die.And Magetta,Frost and Cabba can basically flick his head off.

Can't harm Botamo, so he drags him out to space, where Winnie the Pooh suffocates to his death.
Magetta is also very tough, so Cell again has to rely on chucking his opponent out to space, as Magetta doesn't seem capable of flight.
Frost might be able to use poison, but who knows how that'd work on Cell, still Cell might just kill Frost before it got that far.
He one-shots Cabba, who doesn't have any special abilities.

1. SPC could just drag Botamo out into space, but in a standard fight he has absolutely no chance.
2. Magetta would wipe the floor with Cell, I have SSJ Vegeta way stronger than SPC and he couldn't really hurt Magetta, and if Cell attempted to drag him into space (which might not work, but it would be his only chance) Cell would just get his head knocked clean off because he would be far too close to Magetta.
3. Frost would also win, I place base Goku ahead of SPC so even first form Frost might take this.
4. Cabba should take this just because he was basically equal to base Vegeta.
My opinions can change depending on what we see later, but after the RoF arc I have to place the base Saiyans high and scale from them.

Cell loses to all of them. All of the U6 fighters are above SSj3. I don't know why people put Frost so low when Goku had to go SSj to fight him and Goku is 3 years stronger than he was in ROF. In ROF, Goku didn't need to go SSj to fight ROF Final Form Freeza and ROF First Form Freeza was able to beat Gohan in one punch (His 1st form would be at SSj2 tier at this point).

How far does he get?

This is pretty easy. Piccolo wasn't dimensions below an exhausted final form Frost, who was implied to be above base Vegeta, because Vegeta still had to go SS to beat him. Piccolo himself was more or less stated to be below Mr. Buu in episode 30, and it's doubtful that he could have been boosted so much just by 1-2 years of training with an out of practice Gohan, when he started the training so weak that SS Gohan could knock his head off. I think he's SS2-tier at best. Finally, the EOZ still has Goku's base form being weaker than Pure Buu, even after whatever training he does between the multiverse tournament and then. With that said...

1. Buu punches Pooh a bit, discovers it doesn't do anything, then launches Botamo into space.

2. Buu lets Frost go to his final form for the lulz, then knocks him with one punch. Then Buu absorbs him.

3. Buu smacks around Cabba until he gets bored, then casually disintegrates him with a generic ki wave.

4. Buu turns the metal man into candy. I'm not quite sure where his exact level of power lies (unlike base Goku/Vegeta, we don't get solid comparisons for SS Goku/Vegeta), but Magetta's size, ignorance of Buu's abilities, and lack of flight make him such a perfect target for that attack that it almost doesn't even matter how strong he is.
