Dayspring,
Thank you. ^_^
...You're welcome? O_o

Anyhoo: It'd be cool to see Freeza's homeworld. 5 or 6 million bastards w/PLs at least in the 100,000s, all of which could transform.

I know that sounds nuts, but I figured King Cold was a mutant of his 00ber race and transformed to conquer it. (That's an old fanfic I wrote where Zarbon first learned they could transform)

I've seen several Fanfics where the author has dumped all of Frieza's men, including Zarbon, Dodoria, and the Ginyu Force, into the same race as Frieza, the Changelings (which is also the name I use for Frieza's race, since the transform so damn much). I've yet to figure out what makes them think that....

Anyway, yeah. I've always thought of the Cold Family one of two ways. Either abnormally strong freaks of nature withing their race. Or the mutant children of some unknown race.

These two girls below me said, "He's so cute!" Imagine calling the real Wolverine that!
I've always wondered how they would act to that sort of thing. With Rukawa in Slam Dunk (he's not an evil killer, but...) He's got a billion girls crying out his name during every game, and it's as if he doesn't even hear it. Maybe their ears are naturally tuned out to high pitched fangirl squeals...

...Lucky bastards!

Another thing is, Vegeta has more of a temper than the rest of those uber-strong idolized types. If a fangirl ran towards Seshoumaru (spelling of that is wrong for sure) screaming "FLUFFY" the chance of her dying actually isn't that large. If Vegeta had a popular nickname that was to the same degree of fangirlyness, and the same event occurred, it would result in instant death.

Hmmmm...... would Veggie qualifiy? I've seen plenty fangirls who simply called him Veggie, or even Veggie-head.

Personally, and I forget where I heard this from first, I like the name Pineapple head :D

I thought about it, but I still don't think it's to the same fangirly degree. Hmm...

"VEGGIE-HEAD!!!!!!"
"!!!"
And then there was death.

It's definitely close enough.

God I wish I would have read this thread before five minutes ago, lots of points where I would like to add a reply. However all that aside back around last july maybe late june, I read an article at Hastings (I have been trying to remember which gaming mag it was but unfortunatly cannot.) about Budokai 2. It explained the Dragon World mode, the new Cell Shading, blah blah. Within the article it had an interview with one of the head guys working on the game. There was a question that read roughly something like this. "Do you have any plans so far for a sequel to Budokai 2." The creator responded with a statement saying that he hoped to do a full Dragon World game (not to be confused with the "Dragon World" mode.) encompassing the start of Dragon Ball through Dragon Ball GT. Much like the "Fighting RPG" plan someone mentioned early on in the thread. I am sure that if they did this it would not be as us drooling fans desire, as in EVERYTHING from every corner of the series represented in a full on Dragon Ball game to end all Dragon Ball games.

It would probobly be lacking in some detail. Showcaseing only the most important events in the Dragon Ball mythos. Still with a game even attempting to encompass such a large array of events the game would be more than pleasing. I mean look at B2, when I first plyed it I was more than thrilled with the manner in which they did the game. Hell back with B1 I was more than thrilled with the manner in which they handled the game. The creator simply said that he HOPED to do a game like this some day, but if you look at B2 you can tell they just took what they didn't like about B1 and improved it also finishing the Z series. With B3 you can expect probobly something similar to that. Fingers Crossed though.
What can be seductive about the eternal nothing is that the finest day is indifferently this one or any other like it.

What makes you think that it isn't imperfect Cell shading?

Nah, it's only Semi-Perfect Cell shading. Just like the game, only Semi-Perfect.

Semi-perfect would be 50% of perfect. So, really, that means the game just has average shading.

So it's more of a Kuririn shading thing than a Cell shading one?

Hey, Kuririn is surely above-average. The cute little dirty midget.

Acutally, Semi-perfect works very well for B2. I mean, the chars a Cel shaded but the BG's are full 3D, in the normal style. That's just wrong. I hope B3 is ALL Cell Shadded, chars and BGs both.

Like Zelda? Maybe. Except that backgrounds in anime aren't cel-shaded. They're painted, or at least contain multiple colours. So using "proper" 3d over cel-shading is quite faithful to most cartoons.

Except that it looks wrong. Yeah, I've gotten used to it, but Perfect Cell Sahding would be Cooler :P

Actually, I'm not so sure.. Several of the shots in the D.N.Angel anime seem computer-animated... Particularly when it's showing the town.

Zacko, do you think we can convince Vegita to join our clan?

I don't think that Vegeta and Zacky's ego could be contained in the same group.
