Discussion regarding the entirety of the franchise in a general (meta) sense, including such aspects as: production, trends, merchandise, fan culture, and more.

Vegeta's initial acclimating to life on Earth during those 3 years; comedy in the vein of Gokû's first trip to West City, but it's Vegeta, and you'd have Bulma occasionally pranking him like with the Bad Man outfit. You'd also have him dodging Bulma's mom, cooking for himself but doing so in odd hours because he doesn't want Bulma to bug him to cook something for her, maybe he makes friends with the family cat (Tama/Scratch?), he'll spend the night (timezone differences) sensing around to see how Gokû and Piccolo's training is going but won't actually fly over there to say hello because 'the prince of all saiyans' doesn't do that sort of thing. :3
On hiatus.

I can rattle off a few ideas:

1. Bardock and his crew, on missions in space wprking for Freeza.

2. Humans. Uub, Yajirobe, Tenshinhan, Chaozu, maybe Yamucha, Kuririn, and Muten Roshi too. Post-GT.

3. Kaioshin and Old Kai. Awesome pair. Roaming around the cosmos.

4. Tapion. Could go off in a completely different direction.

5. Pre-DB. Mutaito, Ketattsu, young kamesennin and tsurusennin, before even gohan and gyuu-mao. Also some really early tankaichi budokai with king chapa.

Yamcha adventures before meeting Goku.
Dragon Ball was always a kid series and fans should stop being in denial.
