Nice renewal for the Saiyan saga. I wasn't expecting Gozu, Mezu and Kaio there.

My only dissapointment is that all monkeys look exactly the same during combat even though Raditz has the same long hair on the card that he had back on Sparking Meteor.

I hope this does not mean we are not going to see the old version back as well... I don't have the old cards for Nappa and Vegeta.

I was thinking the same, this is my first time challenging this event. Unfortunately, I think they are scrapping them... maybe they add event-exclusive characters to Baba's shop.

Does anyone know when Global launched? I want to say it was end of June. I just want to know since Gogeta was the one year anniversary in JPN, so that's when we would get him in GLB.

Lol, I wasn't posting because I thought you prefered adding things to that last post.

Anyway, I have managed to get all the needed medals on the SS3 super hard event, and I'm planning on dokkan awaken my SS3 finally. I have to check if his skills are for the most part the same (I guess that he won't have the kamehameha skill since he does a ryuken instead though). I'm still having trouble with the low cost hard events they are adding now... 100 cost including friend is way too little in my opinion.

I have been having really bad luck with gashas lately. Nothing beyond SR... On the other hand my girlfriend is having way too much luck with gashas. She got Majin Vegeta who she awakened and now has a legendary rare that hurts everyone when doing the special attack, and she also got Oozaru Radtiz.

I was expecting they added a second mecha freeza. Didn't they do the same with another of the Freeza cards?

I'm getting worried about total cards we can have. I'm already at 300 cards and I think the total number of different cards goes beyond 500 which I think is still the limit. Maybe they expect us to only have the awakened cards, but I do keep the non awaken ones as well.

Phew, I can post this without double posting. June 24th was when Global Dokkan Battle launched in 2015. So expect that to be when Gogeta hits next month.

Ahahah no, I'd rather make separate posts but I don't feel comfortable with it since it would greatly break the rules, even though this thread doesn't have that much discussion. Feel free to post whenever you want

I can manage Broli and Cell easily enough but I kinda chicken out with the other events (I might manage Boo but haven't tried yet). Yeah, the upgraded strike events are a pain in the ass, I can't use my powerhouses :( at least I try getting all the medals at once so I don't have to bother with them later.

My Gashas have been so-so. I got two SSR in one multi-summon once but I mostly just summon in Festivals so even if I get Rs and SRs I can increase my collection. I tried getting an Oozaru but no luck... I'm stuck with Nappa for now  Your girlfriend got good cards  how many turns does the Oozaru last? I suppose they don't stay the whole fight, right?

Hmm, what Freeza card are you talking about? They all Dokkan Awaken to Golden Freeza so I'm not sure they've done so before...

Yeah, if I was counting right, we've past the 500 cards mark since... awakened Cyborg Tao Baibai, I think. For now, they seem to have scrapped the old Vegeta and Nappa cards but I hope that's not their overall mentality, it's bad enough awakening cards messes up their background art.

I'm almost done with Baba's gems, I just need 150 more to get the Kaioushins medals and then I'm done (for now).

I'm refering to an int Freeza in a chair that awakens to a Final Form Freeza. I seem to remember he was added on top of another mission that had a freeza card that awakens to a Golden Freeza, but I may be wrong.

Regarding Oozaru, I have seen it last between 6 and 9 turns. They are also quite strong so you should get around 30000 damage per turn guaranteed with just normal attacks. I have used my Nappa for exactly 6 turns, but I could swear I saw my gf using Raditz for 9 turns.

Super Saiyan 3 Goku was actually not that difficult even with the time limit in turns. I recomend getting an awakened Gogeta with as much attack as possible. Even though in theory it's weak against the AGL Super Saiyan 3 boss, it still deals half a health bar of damage with one special attack. I combined that one with my own AGL Super Saiyan 3 which also deals as much damage and 2 TEQ characters to cover against the boss. That and items (Enma, Baba and or the Ghost) does the trick.

I really hope they don't leave those cards of Vegeta and Nappa in limbo. I'm a collector and that will really annoy me. I hope they at least put them on some gasha or on Baba's.

Oh, the one from Full Power Freeza's event. You're probably misremembering with the Fukkatsu no F event.

Whenever I used my friend's Oozaru the battle never lasted that long so I couldn't see if they were transformed until the end or not (it seems broken if they maintain that form).

I see... I think when I tried going against him Gogeta wasn't yet released so I didn't fare that well.

We're probably out of luck of having them. I almost don't want to Dokkan Awaken my Yamchas because of that reason as well

Alakazam^, do you know for what that website on the news is for? http://kakusei01-dbz-dokkan.bngames.net

They also posted something regarding V Jump, which I think is something of a live event on nicovideo. But I have no clue what the event is all about.

EDIT: Ok, the website seems to be about some serial codes released on July's VJUMP (the one this month) and I think they can be used up until June 20.

Good timing, I was gonna post about that

That site (http://kakusei01-dbz-dokkan.bngames.net/) is for a poll to choose the next 7 "Limit Breaker" Dokkan Awakened characters (meaning they'll go up to level 120) but you need a serial code from July's issue of V Jump.

There will also be a Dokkan Battle segment in V Jump's live stream on NicoNico (http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv260912765), May 23rd 6:30pm Japan time. There will be information about a special prize, it seems.

Edit: Stream just aired, Victory Uchida challenged one of the Super Strike Events and, if he won, we'd get 7 Dragon Stones. He did. That's all.

So that's the reason we got those 7 dragon stones.

Anyway, this tournament certainly went way better than the one before for me. I ranked around 15000 and got both Piccolo's on the Dragon Ball Gasha, as well as a Bulma I was missing.

My girlfriend almost got below 10000, but she lost on the last tournament and told me that she also lost points by that. I didn't knew that you can lose points by losing a tournament. I rarely lose any if at all. She ranked 10240 and did 78 tournaments (I only managed to do 45).

I think one of the reasons I'm not able to do that many tournaments is because my mobile phone is way too slow. We played more or less the same amount of time. Not to mention it kept crashing continually during tournaments and I had to restart...

Anyway, looking forward to the new GT event. I liked the last one a lot and I hope they add as many details in this one as they did then. I only missed the 2 parapara brothers missing and the 2 lackeys of Don Kee (Gale and Sheela I think are their names).

Yep. Me and the majority of the people watching the stream were certain he'd lose but alas, he won  He also tried multi-pulling in the Dokkan Festival. SS3 Goku appeared and he got Majin Boo (Good)

I ranked 12066 with 70 wins. If not for falling asleep the prior night, I'd be able to get to 80 wins (I also went from being in rank 23k+ to rank 12k so I was hoping I could go below 10k but nope  ). I did lose 3 or 4 times but I don't think we lose points for that, maybe other people were grinding and she got behind in those seconds? I liked how they now specify what points we get and was pleasantly surprised to see that a "Bonus Chance" team of gods in the last match gave 120k points  My Broli was a big help overall.

I forgot I got golden tickets for the Boyhood Gasha as prizes! I'm only missing God from that lot and I'm already getting some spares (my King Chappa is all trained up). Got a Piccolo Daimaou (Old) just now  .

Yeah, the first GT event was awesome and I'm also looking forward to this one as I like this part of the series. Since the banner showed SS3 Goku I'm pretty sure SS4 will come in the next event (and maybe Oozaru Baby  )and so on. More treasures are a plus as well (if they maintain the high amount instead of the low amount we get in the main story).

I'm now farming my missing Cells (First Form) and when it ends I'll be farming some of the Strike events since I'm missing non-awakened ones (double rates are a godsend for some of those). I hope I have time to get more gems before the next events start since I'm curious if the current treasures are infinite or one-time only like the last ones.
