whether bibidi ever read an ancient civilization, which can generate the most powerful weapon in the universe and secrets of the universe ??

Well if he had periodically appeared throughout history to wreak havoc, there would probably be legends about him. I guess Bibidi investigated those.

If King Cold knew Majin Buu, then i see no reason why Bibidi who lived for millions of years shouldn't .And like PA said, Bibidi probably heard legends about him.
