Piccolo should be around 150,000 IMO.
He was significantly above nail, but was implied to be fodder to freeza, and treated SUPPRESSED first form freeza as incredibly huge ki.

He fodderizes his way through the gauntlet till ginyu and beats him with little trouble. He loses at KaioKen goku (but can win if tries hard)

Vegeta & Freeza are out of his reach.

To be fair, Gotenks was able to catch Boo off guard and damage him, while also damaging himself, with a headbutt. It make me believe that if Gotenks took the fight seriously, and used proper tactics instead of just playing around, he could have possibly beaten Super Boo. But like I said it would have been a long and hard battle.

I mean The case about ss vegetto as he is only second to all ki goku or even comparable to him as only this goku was noted to have the greatest power felt in universe or some stuff like that and beerus's 10% line made it clear that rage vegeta is at least 2% of beerus power, maybe 3%. All Ki goku could be even above 10% beerus as he was slightly impressed and ss vegetto could be at least 5% to possible 7% if beerus's power. This way ss2 vegetto is at the worst on par with 10% beerus, and it would make sense as Goku has never said he didn't imagine this universe of power exists until he hit ssg. Possible not even all ki goku is on par with ss vegetto or still in his league.
