Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

I'm just kind of surprised Vegeta is fine with keeping his training methods so stagnant. Having too genius level scientist who were able to repair an Android in less than 10 days, you'd think would give the guy some ideas on what to request from them. Anyone find it strange vegeta hasn't asked Bulma, or Dr. Brief to build Android robots as dangerous as cell post 7 year gap between cell saga and Buu saga that he could spar with while training in the gravity room.
They should be mass producing killer robots.

Didn't work out too well for Tony Stark did it?

While a nice idea, I feel like there would be too much potential for a robot "based on Cell and/or #16" to come "alive" and be the new super villain or just another character that wouldn't be relevant after the next arc.

Just having Vegeta train within Capsule Corp is probably nerve wracking enough (I mean...he could easily destroy the place if he's not careful). Why would they want to add killer robots to the mix and push that risk level even higher? Even if Vegeta asked for it, I'm sure Bulma would shut him down.

Pretty much.
Besides, you just know the robot would go rogue.

If you think about it, Bulma has had access to Dr. Gero's work and schematics, she knows Android 18.
You would think she would be able to develop weaponry with power that could rival that of the androids.
She's also had exposure to alien tech as well.
Even Frieza's soldiers got arm blasters, you think she'd have those.

There wouldn't be much use at this point, I doubt they can create androids powerful enough to rival the gods.
