That doesn't mean we can't get original Dragon Ball stuff. I think Tenkaichi 3 was a good start, with it covering pretty much everything, though DB and DBGT didn't have as heavy of a focus as DBZ.
Wow and thinking that Tenkaichi 3 could have an almost complete DB story mode, beginning with Goku vs Yamcha in the desert, it makes me mad that the story mode ended to be such a crap.

I didn't say we can't or we won't get anything related to original Dragon ball but it's pretty obvious why Z era is THE focus in games/media etc.
I know it's the focus, but it's always welcome to have some DB characters for a change.

I think it's safe to say that Xenoverse 2 will have a complete story mode. I think they should make the main game go over Dragon Ball, Z, and GT, and make Super DLC. That way we can (1) have the option of playing a probably Japanese-voiced story, and (2) see how many Super haters actually buy the DLC.

I despise Super, but I'd still buy the DLC. It's the same as how I hate the Star Wars prequels, but still like prequel content in the games.

The DLC most definitely will be Dragon Ball Super probably Champa Saga and, maybe the Black Goku Saga.
Any other DLC could be Dragon Ball Heroes DLC? For the Champa Saga I think a wormhole sucks you in back in time where the tournament will take place and, instead of Buu being in the tournament you go.
The main mission is to make sure Universe 7 wins, I hope the wormhole makes Champa go villainous. I feel like if someone isn't aware of the dark energy they can be manipluated. So it will end up being you and Beerus vs Champa.

It was already established that beings with God Ki are immune to dark manipulation. And I don't see all of Super being DLC either, BOG and ROF are definitely in, there both "old" enough. OVA with Vegeta's brother will probably be in as well, with Tarble and being playable.

Was it said anywhere that Xenoverse 2 would be at E3, or is it just assumed? I didn't see it on either the confirmed or likely list of games to appear at E3 on IGN.

They said we'd get more info at E3 and with it releasing this year they're more than likely going to have it at every convention to market it.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

They're going have to because it's coming out literally this year.
What I'm curious is about is how they'll be executing the plot with this one. I mean it's obvious Mira and Towa will return at some point, but will they focus on this time? I doubt they'll pull a Bowser and try the same plan again. XD
