Black destroys Namek and the Earth. So the Goku and the others have to go to Universe 6 later on to gather the Super Dragon Balls. Meaning that we will see Planet Sada and Earth in Universe 6 after the Future Trunks arc.

I'd love for the Namekian Dragon Balls to bite the dust. Just to raise the tension and stakes because with the cast have three sets of wish granting MacGuffins, you know that any kind of loss in the show would be temporary and it would nice to know that the cast have less insurance that they can instantly fix anything that goes wrong.

A number of years have passed since #17 and #18 were defeated, so naturally the remaining population would have rebuilt once the threats were gone. But then, apparently, it just all goes to shit again. Wonder if the humans would bother to rebuild again after Gokuu Black is dealt with, or if they'll just assume their world will be shitty forever and not bother with it.
