Re: Dragon Ball Super: TV Ratings Discussion Thread
For episode #47 I see DBS surpassing One Piece or at least a 8.0 rating.

Unfortunately I don't see it happen. But i would really like to see japanese live reactions about the last minutes of the last episode.KaiserAcedia wrote:For episode #47 I see DBS surpassing One Piece or at least a 8.0 rating.
That shift tone rivals the one that we had back then in Piccolo Daimao arc.
Goku/Vegta were talking about pacifiers in the prior scene and then, BAM! Even the preview soundtrack changed.
It was so beautiful.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

I still dont expect the rating to surpass episode 1 for #47. We could get very close though.

Re: Dragon Ball Super: TV Ratings Discussion Thread
Went up a decent amount from last week, but I'm expecting a very good rating for this weeks episode. I mean, who wouldn't want to see Future Trunks return?

Only if the post is too old i think. I just edited my post on the other thread.Bullza wrote:Is it just me or has the option to edit your posts gone?

I think the edit window may have been shortened. I don't recall it being uneditable after a point in time, but I could be wrong.

Since yesterday I haven't been able to edit any of my posts.
I've been updating the original post since I made the thread so it'd be a shame if I couldn't continue doing so.
Edit: Apparently I can edit this one but not the others.

Kanzenshuu.com are testing a New limited Edit funktion, which means you can only Edit recent posts and not old ones.Bullza wrote:Since yesterday I haven't been able to edit any of my posts.

Re: Dragon Ball Super: TV Ratings Discussion Thread
Actually, the first episode still has the record for the highest rated episode in all of Super with a rating of 7.9. Episode 32 has the second highest rating with a 7.3 and Episode 39 has the third highest rating with a 7.1.DragonHermit wrote:Cabba was all time highest IIRC. Well that's kinda lame. It seemed a lot more useful to be able to edit any of your posts at any time.dbgtFO wrote:Kanzenshuu.com are testing a New limited Edit funktion, which means you can only Edit recent posts and not old ones.Bullza wrote:Since yesterday I haven't been able to edit any of my posts.

Re: Dragon Ball Super: TV Ratings Discussion Thread
I could see why they would try something like that out--I remember that one guy whose name I forget who went and erased all his old posts' content before he quit--but the downside is what happens when people create master posts that rely on being able to go back to edit the original topic's post content like Ajay's animator thread or Herms' fact-checker thread? What about project threads in general where having the first post containing up-to-date information is more helpful and fast than scouring through the most recent pages for content?
I'd prefer to have the option to go back and edit old posts, but there's nothing we can do about it either way.

Re: Dragon Ball Super: TV Ratings Discussion Thread
I think I heard someone mention that before, I'm not sure why it would be a big enough deal for any rules to be changed though, surely it doesn't happen often.
That's true that Herms and Ajay update their OP's, the guy who did the Yamamoto Revival thread did too, I also edited the Resurrection F box office thread regularly and I was going to edit the Video Games sales thread too which was when I noticed the option was gone.
It just seems like it's too convenient to get rid of when it's easy for people to find rather than look through multiple pages of posts.
I'm sure it disappeared once before but came back so maybe it'll come back again.

Re: Dragon Ball Super: TV Ratings Discussion Thread
Yeah, I seem to remember it happening before and everyone bitched then. Not entirely sure what this new experiment is about, but it is mildly irritating. A little heads up would have been nice.Bullza wrote:I'm sure it disappeared once before but came back so maybe it'll come back again.
If it's about content preservation, then perhaps finding a way to implement edit history would allow moderators to restore anything worthwhile. Hopefully they work something out and restore editing powers soon.

Yeah, I've noticed this edit button issue but I thought I was making things up but there's surely a valid reason for the change.

Let's knock OP out of the park. This week's OP episode was boring.

I still don't think it's going to happen, Super isn't THAT popular even with Future Trunks back.DragonHermit wrote:Let's knock OP out of the park. This week's OP episode was boring.
