Despite it being mostly a clip show, episode 30 had some fun new scenes in it...*looks over at avatar*.

I hope so.
Vegeta wearing his ROF outfit this arc would have extra meaning since Present Bulma has it designed especially for him and Future Bulma's the one Gokû Black killed.
Count me among those who are feeling better to see Goku and Vegeta back in their standard attire. Vegeta's RoF outfit in particular was needlessly complicated, and Goku's was just a lazy design. Something completely new, I would not have minded, but in lieu of that I'll gladly take the usual instead.

The NUMBER ONE Goten fan, and a fucking epic one at that.
This sucks bigtime... not really a fan of their old dougi, preferred the RF one's. Well at least we kinda get Goku in a new dougi... the evil couterpart or whatever Black is.

Which outfit was used in the opening during the mini-arc?
F and Champa arc outfits for #43 and 46. I didn't check the others.
Maybe we are returning to their old outfits since Black's favors his old one more? They might switch into new outfits next arc, or go back to the RoF outfits. One thing that might be good to think about, is this caught them off guard, relaxed in their "taking it easy" outfits. That could be another factor I suppose.
I got my July 2016 Animage issue in this afternoon, and... Dragon Ball Super is in there, but no titles or summaries, just "09" September number and the rest blank.

Thank you so much!
That's interesting that it's still listed despite not having any titles or summaries revealed.

Thanks! really a big help! I guess Toei really is trying to keep it underwraps!
Off topic but I thought this was neat though not neat enough to make an entire thread about it per Gojiitaaf. Steven Universe Dragon Ball reference.
Goku and Vegeta should just use their ROF outfits from now on, instead going back to the old ones that we known for years. That sucks!
This is a new series. New outfits are welcome and those two are great. Love Goku's blue boots.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.
Favourite old DB Animators: Masaki Sato and Tadayoshi Yamamuro
Favourite new DB Animators: Yuya Takahashi and Chikashi Kubota
Are we too old to enjoy new Dragon Ball movies/series?

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.
