With XV2 in the making I started playing XV1 again. With that said, what's the "best gear and characters" nowadays? Are the Humans with Gohan's Ultimate Form still the "beasts of XV?" Or did an another Race surpass them?
Last I recall, Golden Freeza's Ultimate Death Beam was balls broken. But my recent playthrough, didn't give me the impression of Over Powered. Not at all actually. It seems like the Super Kamehameha is up there in terms of power. So what have I missed people?

(Keep in mind, I've beaten the story, got all the characters. (DLC included) AND have Mastered all the Trainers and have reached Level 99)

Only on normal characters. On the Future Warrior it is incredibly weak and almost useless. That's one thing I hope they fix.

Blue Hurricane still seems to handle Great Apes fairly well. Which is great.

I'm one of the very few that don't rely on Blue Hurricane when it comes to handling the Oozaru missions.

Oh man, that's so cool. Really wish I was into the PVP for Xenoverse, I would have loved to have a crack at winning this and having my character immortalized like that. I don't know why, but something about this really just grabs me.

Quick question. Is the DLC cross platform? I have the game and season pass on PS3 but I kinda want to bump up to PS4 so I can get any potential porting bonuses when we get Xeno 2. So if I play the PS4 version will my DLC still work?

If you're using the same account? I'm not too sure. I haven't tried, since the PSN on my PS3 and the PSN on my PS4 are separate accounts.

That Ultimate got nerfed hard because of how broken it was. Wasn't the only one either.

There really aren't any that are overpowered and/or broken as of now since they took away any and all invincibility frames that an Ultimate could have. I mean there are still good ones, but these days you're more opted to beat someone with basic attacks, Supers, and well chained combos than rely on an Ultimate. My character personally utilizes ki supers with a strike for combos and Super Guard for blocking Ults. I use SSJ with this character, but I don't go using it recklessly and I don't have Hyper Drain to keep ki up (use Super Drain instead for Stamina restoration). My other Ult is Warp Kame, but that's more out of personal preference.

Unfortunately, PS3 and PS4 DLC's are treated separately on PSN as are the games.
You can always ask Bandai tough.

I did bombarded them with questions about making SSJ4 Vegeta as payable DLC and karma smiled on me, so I was able to snatch him for free in that free contest on Bandai's VIP page.
