I for one LOVE Announcer "guy"'s artwork. She is on my deviantart watch. And her style defintely takes us back to Toriyama's older style.
No art is perfect, and critiques can be appreciated if done maturely and well.
So as a critique of a critique
1) USING "CAPS," LARGE FONT, AND RED LETTERING CONNOTES ANGER RATHER THAN EMPHASIS. So you appear to be flaming someone.
2) Although the briefs picture may appear "ugly" to you. As you have noted, she has not drawn them often, so perhaps she needs to practice them more. You cannot assume the artist's motive- that she does not like the family and saying things like you are better of not drawing them at all is irrelevant to the actual drawing.
3) There are better descriptive words than "ugly," "bad," "worthless" and "crap." These words convey a lot of "negativity" rather anything constructive. I would say "I'm not sure what you are going for with the pirate ship. You may consider taking it from the picture as it distorts the focus of the piece."
Android 18, it seems that English may be a 2nd language to you. And whether or not you realize it, you should know that many of your comments do appear like "bashing." So next time be a little less Simon Cowell and more Sister Wendy.
Lastly, Announcerguy is a very popular artist on deviant art. You seem to have very high standards and I doubt few will meet it 100%, even the big man hismelf.

i've never said i knew the motives but looking at the picture i've made my mind too say that ms. announcer is a son family fan, which will influence the art that he/she makes. i can't really say if she's bashing them or not but i can tell you that she did made them ugly.

Who cares how anyone draws... seriously... It's all in the eye of the artist. And if they think that something like this looks good, then it looks good. Coming here and telling them that they have no talent, and that they're drawings are ugly, and that they're being subjective to the original content (which is beyond me... I could draw Vegeta in a bunny suit, stabbing Goku in the eye with a chimichanga, and it wouldn't matter... all that matter's is the art, who gives a damn if Goku isn't the main character in Neko Majin Z -____-), is just ridiculous.
They're all kickass drawings, an giving them ridiculous critique is hardly the thing that this thread is for...

However I feel that some of your critique regarding my choice of subject was not appropriate since it's each person's right to express what they choose regardless of accuracy etc. I realize that you don't like Gokuh but I don't think that bias should enter into your evaluation of other's work.
Also, I could be wrong, but in what I've seen you post so far, you seem to go out of your way to write excessively negative comments and this keeps me from taking your criticism completely seriously.
