I also find it ironic that with the adult concept of Chronoa, her cleavage is very much out there. But with the female CaC's, any sign of cleavage is covered up.

Which is very strange considering Towa's outfit when worn by a CaC is specifically altered to be less revealing.

Towa is enough sex appeal as is.

Well, her short build and playful personality are rather appealing for me. Plus, where others enjoy cleavage, I find the opposite in regards to the chest (I do not know why)

Honestly, I kinda like her original concept art. The outfit is unique. She could have been classified as a Jikanshin (Time God) or something, rather than Time Kaioshin, similar to Beerus being a Hakaishin rather than Destruction Kaioshin. But what's done is done.

I hate the other adult forms though. Big breasts and exposed cleavage aren't needed; it doesn't instantly make everything better. She's quite a bit more enjoyable as her pint sized self that others don't seem to take seriously, where she's an actual character rather than blatant fan service. IMO, Toriyama made the right call choosing this design over the others the Bandai Namco people whipped up.

Thank him for making the right choice indeed. The other ones look like they belong in a hentai. Way too much fanservice, that I could never take her seriously as a character if she looked like how she did in the concept. She'd basically be Boobs Mc. Boobs. I like the pint sized adorable little goddess we got. She was fun, but for character reasons and not having big knockers.

I agree that adult forms just don't fell something Toriyama would design and her smaller, pint sized form just fits better. One thing I love about Dragon Ball is that is has never been big on fanservice, even with the new stories.

I agree there. There were a few moments here and there, but they were few and far between. Whereas One Piece is like the complete opposite in fanservice compared to DB.

Back in Baba's tournament, when Yamcha fought the invisable man. Krillin gets an idea and drag Master ROshi and Bulma for help, to help Yamcha Krillin pulls down Bulma's top (And presumably bra as there's a full second of uncensored nudity) to make Roshi have usch a big nosebleed that he covers the Invisabl man in nose blood, thus allowing Yamcha to see him.

If you take her height as depicted in the content itself where she only comes up to around Trunks' waist (rather than the more real world heights provided for characters in guidebooks), she's much, much shorter than that.
