The main new piece of information here that I'm seeing, unless I missed it from an earlier interview, is that they won't be adding any new race options.

Hmm. I wonder... Not that I'm actually doubting this, but there was an earlier video interview where the person asked about new races and stuff for the character creator, and the guy's response made it sound as though there might be a new race centered around whatever the game's main threat is. (So, like Demons if it's Towa and Mira, or something?)

I'm not super hopeful of it happening at this point, but I'd at least keep it as a mental note. There are times where they don't announce things until they announce them (like the Freeza Clan for XV).

As much as I'd like that, I highly doubt it. The article clearly said no plans for new races.

To play devil's advocate against the article along with TheDevilsCorpse, they could be saying that while keeping something that's completely the opposite under their hat. Basically they'd be going 'We have no plans for new races...other-than-the-one(s)-we're-totally-already-working-on-but-can't-tell-you-about-yet.'

It's the sort of thing we won't really know for sure until it's either announced or the game is released.

I hope we'll be able to change our aura color too for both the created characters and the regular cast. Y'know, the feature that was in BT3. It would give the characters more flavor and give some characters of the regular cast the right aura color. I'd change Cell's aura from green to gold and Nappa's from red to yellow, cuz I'm one of those guys who prefers color consistency from the anime. Heck, Cyberconnect 2 does it for their Naruto games, and fans praised them a lot for doing that.

I really hope the other races get some actual transformations and aren't screwed over while the Saiyans get all the transformations, including the ones the other races had to get.

I didn't hear if they confirmed or deconfirmed split-screen at E3.

If I recall correctly I think that the producer said no split-screen in one of the E3 streamings.

That would be horrible, the only person in DBZ to even use kaio-ken on screen was a saiyan.
