With Trunks chasing a duo, we seemingly have a confirmation of Towa and Mira's return. They apparently have new magic for controlling opponents too.

Reveal of SS3 for avatars and a few new characters, like SS Gogeta and Janenba. Maybe some others, like Nail, but we don't see them in battle for now...

Probably my favorite part of that trailer is Bardock watching SSGSS Goku fight Golden Freeza in a vision above Planet Vegeta.
Direct translations of the Korean DB Online timeline and guidebook.

Watching it again, I guess I should amend my 'new voice for Slug' thoughts. While I'm more certain now that that's not R. Bruce Elliot but rather Bryan Massey, to assume 100% that that's Slug talking there would be folly I guess. There's an equal chance he's a new voice for Turles (Patton did have a falling out with FUNi a few years back, but I believe things have worked out since and he's done work for them again in recent years, so...) since you can't really see who's talking there. But I'm still betting anything it's Slug.

Also, upon rewatch, I notice SS3 Goku is sporting a halo while fighting Kid Boo there. Interesting...

The non fighting aspects of XV2 were the highlight for me. I get to travel around Orange Star High School? Awesome! I just hope the world isn't all locked away at first.
I wanna explore and fly around then fight. About those flying scooters, seems like a missed chance to implant Bulma's various vehicle's from the series history.

You won't be able to fly right at the start, that's why the vehicles.

Also, Time Patroller Trunks gets to speak again with Future Gohan after long time. :clap:

They probably would have wanted a new, unique design regardless, given that the idea of all the tech in the city is that Bulma (presumably Future Bulma) is making all kinds of tech and sending it there by way of Trunks. So she'd probably have whipped up newer stuff than the old stuff we always used to see.

Would be nice to see it's design evoke them a bit though.

Looks like we might just be getting recolour SSJ's again. Looking at that SSJ3 design looks to be a complete copy of Goku's. It's not guaranteed, but it's looking more likely now.

I'd be relatively fine with 'copy SS3's since the form, at least in our two in-series examples, never really looked that different from each other in the first place. But so long as the SS hair itself actually looks different and isn't just 'your base hair only now it's yellow' again, I'm good.

I was hoping to ride Bulma's bike from Dragon Ball. That would be attention to detail. The vehicles before flying around huh? Perhaps because the CAC is within the Dragon Ball era! Huh, huh?
Then upon finishing the DB era you unlock the Z era thus, flying?! One could hope right?

That trailer looks awesome. Janemba, Gogeta and Slug confirmed plus the world explaration looks like so much fun.

The interviews kinda suggested that there might be multiple vehicles to use for travel. If that's the case, I can't blame them for wanting an original vehicle or two among the others.

EDIT: SSJ form doesnt drain Ki, special attacks/ultimates use Ki now.

We're not limited to one ssj form, the more Ki you have the higher the form you can use.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

Man, I am so hyped about this! Bardock's vision and finally the return of Goku's dragon fist, oh how long have I waited for that!

Wish they would've added something of a combat range like in RB2 and BT3 instead of freely floating around when in close proximity to an opponent, would've given it more variety. I just hope the combat is all fixed now.

Even with training mode, I still hope we get more options for offline versus. And we can start with a specific SSJ form.
