"All of you. All of you must have KILL all the SEASONS!" -Dough (Tenshinhan), Speedy Dub of Movie 9.
"My opinion of Norihito's Sumitomo's new score is... well, very mixed. The stuff that's good is pretty darn good, but the stuff that's bad makes elevator music sound like Jerry freaking Goldsmith." -Kenisu

Hm, I can judge how they loop into each other once I use a more suitable device, but it would be helpful if you arranged them into a playlist, if only for convenience. I'm going to bookmark this.

Thanks for the quick reply. Also, I'm not publishing this so if anybody here's gonna tell me I've gotta pay royalties and whatever, I won't.

Consider this a very rough draft, but I decided to break these apart into moods. A few were too similar in nature and I should probably go through them again to keep consistent tone. I urge you to feel free to rearrange them however you like. I desperately wanted to include Unreleased 92 to contrast with its more dire counterpart, but that might be lost on the audience if they aren't familiar with Dragon Ball. I also wanted to include M116 somehow, but I wasn't figuring out that riddle anytime soon!
Introduction - This can be worked on much more than it did.
BGM A7
BGM I20
BGM M16
BGM M247
Unreleased 97 section
Tension
Unreleased 6
Unreleased 38
Unreleased 21
BGM 120
J6 1
M504
Unreleased 19
Relief
Unreleased 27
Unreleased 50
Unreleased 62
Ending
Unreleased 55
Unreleased 37
Unreleased 88
411
A9
Unreleased 125
I was getting a bit loose the longer I tried to separate and lead these in together. Hopefully, you'll see my intention or I'll come back towards it. This is in no way an order you must follow.

Hopefully, this helped cut down some of the content!

So why doesn't M116 fit?

Also, I've got a new idea. It would be interesting if the piece told a story, like.
So it starts off an exposition with BGM A7, because it's a familiar piece.
Then trouble occurs with BGM I20.
The enemy is vanquished and they set off to BGM I1.
Goku and Bulma find the turtle on their porch and bring him back to Master Roshi with BGM A9.
Roshi gives Goku the Nimbus (Unreleased 60)
A conflict occurs between Goku's gang and an evil organization! (BGM M247)
Goku returns to Kame House, meets Kuririn and starts training (BGM M16)
Goku and Kuririn bring back Launch and Roshi gives them the rest of the day off from training (BGM I9)
Launch and Roshi hit it off (Unreleased 46)
Goku leaves to find Dragon Balls (Unreleased 120)
Goku begins his battle with the Red Ribbon Army (Unreleased 97)
Goku is taken in by Suno or some other helpful person after getting banged up by soldiers (Unreleased 50)
We see Commander Red's office. He's heard about Goku! He sends General Blue to go deal with the boy. ( Unreleased 51)
Goku returns to Kame House with Bulma and they search the grotto for a Dragon Ball. (Unreleased 21)
Goku fights General Blue and defeats him. (Unreleased 36)
Goku leaves, celebrating his victory. (Unreleased 37.)
Goku meets Chi-Chi and unwillingly gets engaged to her. (BGM M116)
Goku meets Upa and Bora (Unreleased 55)
He climbs Karin-sama's tower (BGM M317)
After finishing training, Goku comes to get rid of the RRA once and for all. (Unreleased 38)
Goku leaves to train for the Budokai Tenkaichi. (Unreleased 62)
The turtle team has an unpleasant confrontation with Tenshinhan and Chiaotzu. (Unreleased 06)
The tournament takes place! (BGM M411)
King Piccolo arises and kills Kuririn! (Unreleased 63)
Goku meets Yajirobe (Unreleased 125)
Master Roshi and Chiaotzu fall prey to the Demon King's might! (BGM M504)
A depressed response to the heroes' deaths. (Unreleased 19)
The final battle: Goku vs Piccolo Daimyo (Unreleased 92)
They summon Shenlong! (BGM J6 1)
Tenshinhan and Chiaotzu are reunited (Unreleased 27)
A grown up Goku returns to find Chi-Chi (Unreleased 88)
The wedding and ending (BGM M264)
I like this idea, but I feel like I need to cut some songs.

It's not that it doesn't fit, I just felt that it conflicted with another piece (I didn't memorize the assignments, sorry) when I initially went over them. Music tends to do well when telling a story. So, it felt like I was telling the same story twice, hence the puzzle I faced in making it fit into the arrangement I had before retiring it. I did place it in future consideration to be integrated, however.

Any thoughts on my new idea?

Just catching this! Let's see here...
From the list, I would personally transition BGM A9 into BGM M16. I would give BGM I9 precedence over Unreleased 46 due to them having similar themes, but reversing them is fine, I just find it redundant to utilize both pieces. Could I suggest a lead in to BGM M411? Something doesn't sit well with me in its lead-in. (Any reunion or build up piece would do.) While on the subject on BGM M411, I think it would be rather nice if Unreleased 63 interrupted it somewhere to give it a sudden antagonistic arrival!
Well, in the end I managed to cut five arrangements this time.
