Why doesn't Bulma recognize Pilaf?

When somone is attempting to destroy the earth every week, one guy thirty years ago trying to kill you once kind of fades from your mind, espcially when he's much younger then his actual age. Even if Bulma did recognise Pilaf, I doubt she gives a shit, most of the Z fighters are people who once tried to kill her or her friends.

My guess is that Pilaf became such a non threat so quickly that Bulma just forgot about him over the years.

There is literary nothing that implies she does not know who Pilaf is.

Maybe she does know who they are but she doesn't care all that much? Or it's possible she just forgot I mean it has been forever.

On that note, are the Pilaf gang like her children now or something? XD They were in private class with Trunks, it seems as if they live there and she even had snacks for them

Ah and about Beerus not recognizing Buu....the Buu Beerus knows is probably Kid Buu, ya know the short murderous monster that destroys planets without a second thought? Meanwhile Mr.Buu is a fat happy go lucky blob that just loves eating and sleeping (according to Super)

Didn't Bulma only ever see Pilaf once at the beginning of DB?

She didn't see him when they appeared at the start of the Red Ribbon Army saga, or when Goku went to fight them after Baba's tournament, or in the King Piccolo eps or in the filler at the end with Chi-Chi.

In fact I don't think Bulma ever saw him again after episode 13.

Yeah Bulma only saw him once, as an adult, something like 30-40 years ago. And even then, it was mostly him talking through a screen and then him escaping when everyone was preoccupied with Oozaru Goku. I don't even know if she ever got a great look at Mai or Shu.

Then over 30 years she witnessed 3 Martial Arts Tournaments, all the monsters at Baba's place, the Saiyan invasion, she went to Namek and saw all the crazy stuff there, the whole Androids, Buu, and Beerus fiascos. Meanwhile I believe she died once, got married, had a kid. Point is she's lived a crazy life and only met this guy once at the very beginning.

All the DBZ movie villains are basically clones/remakes of the villains from the main series at the time.

Garlic Jr. was basically Pilaf as if he was truly evil. Turles was basically a Radditz redux. Lord Slug was King Piccolo. Cooler was Freeza's brother, more Androids, Movie 12 and 13 had villains similar to Buu and Babidi, etc.
