53 is a maybe, but I think having worked as an assistant supervisor on the recent episode, he's probably going have more like 8 weeks before he next pops up in a lead supervisor role again.

Blu-ray box #3 doesn't cover episode 24, right? If any episode needed fixing, it would have been that one.

Then again, redrawing half the episode to bring it up to standards was probably beyond the home video budget.

You can clearly see Tate's redraw in 26

Awesome. I wonder if he refined the iffy frames in his own cut.
Thank God they made some corrections. The SSJB Goku/Golden Freeza fight was ugly as hell and really needed to be fixed up.

Is that the only shots of the box 3 set right now?

I'm pleased Ajay will have some more good looking material to work with for the Super F cut AKA the only version of that story you should ever watch.
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

I dont think they made any significant corrections. Just fixed some shots here and there and that's it! The fight will still look like horse poop!

The new one is more expressive, the old one was lifeless. You guys are worrying to much about being on model.

The fact that Tate corrected something that already looked "Fine" gives me hope that most of the actual bad frames will be fixed.
There aren't terribly too many frames that I can think of that would need to be fixed in Volume 4, so hopefully they use the extra time to actually draw some in-between frames for the Super Shenlong summoning, especially for the parts with the digital growth and rotation.

Seriously, the Super Shenlong summoning NEEDS some fixing. That growth looked pretty much like something made in ms paint.

I've been binge-watching Dragon Ball Super from episode 1 and I gotta say, the best episode in the whole series is episode 14, especially animation wise, even though the best animation quality was when that alien killed the dinosaur in episode 3, unfortunately that only lasted a few seconds.

I don't know who animated those episodes, maybe Ajay has some information, but the action in episode 14 was just over the top and in my opinion, it had the best action scene's in the whole series, i think even better than episode 39.

Turns out this is actually from episode 25, too.

Both Ide and Tate corrected Shimanuki's episode then. How weird.

So now we only know that one episode at the most has been corrected. Interested to see if there's any more.

It's a shame, really. I wanted Freeza to pull a Beerus-poker-face. But we didn't get any of that.

Did anyone got a footage of the new blu ray?
Because it's been 1 week that it is out, and all we have is two pictures?

I'll be making another comparison video like I did with box 1 as soon as I get a hold of this new set.

I liked that in this shot, Black looked more like Goku than he ever did prior.
